“Eat to Hustle” Hits the Road: Robin Arzón Announces Multi-City 4-Stop Book Tour
Robin Arzón, Peloton’s Vice President and Head Instructor, has announced a four-city book tour in support of her forthcoming cookbook, Eat to Hustle. The Eat to Hustle tour is scheduled to begin this week, giving the public opportunities to meet the fitness and lifestyle expert and celebrate the release of her new collection of plant-based recipes.

The Eat to Hustle tour kicks off in New York City with a members-only event at Peloton Studios on Saturday, March 7th. It will continue with a series of ticketed book signings at select Williams Sonoma locations and independent bookstores across the Northeast and in Texas.
Eat to Hustle: A Guide to Plant-Based Nutrition
The book, Eat to Hustle, presents Arzón’s approach to nutrition, centered on dispelling the idea that high protein intake requires meat consumption. As a marathon runner and prominent figure in the fitness industry, Arzón has developed a collection of recipes designed to fuel an active lifestyle. The book features 75 nutrient-dense, protein-packed, and high-fiber meals. Eat to Hustle aims to make plant-based eating accessible and rooted in everyday life.
Fueling an Active Lifestyle with Nutrient-Dense Recipes
Readers who explore Eat to Hustle will find recipes from Arzón’s own kitchen, organized to provide energy throughout the day. The chapters cover everything from morning routines and pre-workout fuel to satisfying dinners and snacks. Recipe examples include Protein Matcha Lattes, Chorizo Black Bean Burrito Bowls, a Fried No-Chick Deluxe sandwich, and Protein-Packed Lasagna. The book also offers creative vegetable dishes like Kimchi-Ginger Poke Bowls and snacks such as Tofu Chicharrónes. Every recipe in Eat to Hustle includes a careful breakdown of macronutrients.
Beyond the Recipes: Macronutrients and Expert Insights
Beyond the recipes, Eat to Hustle serves as a guide to plant-based eating. It includes Arzón’s methods for balancing macronutrients and provides information to help individuals determine their specific protein needs. The cookbook aims to address common misconceptions about plant-based diets, offering insights and practical advice. It also features contributions from registered dietician Dalina Soto. To support mindful eating, every recipe includes a detailed macronutrient breakdown, ensuring that what you eat aligns with your body’s needs. Eat to Hustle is part practical guide, part myth-buster, and part recipe collection.
