Rad Lopez 3 Day Split Returns With a New Class Lineup
Rad Lopez 3 Day Split Adds a Holiday Twist This Time
The Peloton instructor shares a second strength sequence, this one folding in the six-instructor Fourth of July class.
There’s a new Rad Lopez 3 Day Split, and this one is not the same program The Clip Out covered last week. He posted the new breakdown as an Instagram Story, again tagging Peloton and his fan group, @theradones_peloton, the same format he used for his other recent split. This version has not yet been added to his “3 Day Split” highlight on Instagram, so members following along there will not see it unless they catch the Story directly on his or The Rad Ones’ IG… or follow this breakdown.

The structure spans four training days plus a rest day, the same four-day pattern Rad used previously, but the individual classes are different. Repetition, not the exact class list, is the throughline. As Rad’s own coaching note puts it: repetition is a pillar of progression.
Day 1: Arms, Shoulders, Glutes, and Legs
Day one pairs two intermediate strength classes. Members start with 20 Min Arms & Shoulders Strength, which aired Saturday, July 4, 2026 at 12:30 PM ET, followed by 20 Min Glutes & Legs Strength, which aired Saturday, May 30, 2026 at 12:30 PM ET.
Day 2: Full Body and Core
Day two builds on that foundation with 30 Min Full Body Strength, which aired Saturday, May 16, 2026 at 12:30 PM ET, and 20 Min Core Strength, which aired Saturday, March 21, 2026 at 12:30 PM ET.
Day 3: Rest
Day three is a full rest day. Rad’s notes emphasize hydration and mobility work over that stretch rather than a scheduled class, giving the body room to recover before the final training day.
Day 4: A Group Class and a Spanish-Language Finisher
The fourth day is where this Rad Lopez 3 Day Split stands apart from the earlier version. It opens with 45 Min Summer Blast: Full Body Strength, the six-instructor group class that aired Saturday, July 4, 2026 at 12:00 AM ET as part of Peloton’s Fourth of July lineup. Rad is one of six instructors on that class, alongside Adrian Williams, Callie Gullickson, Logan Aldridge, Katie Wang, and Selena Samuela. Day four closes with 5 Min Core Strength, a Spanish-language class that aired Tuesday, June 16, 2026 at 12:10 PM ET.
Where This Fits in Peloton’s Collection (We Hope)
Peloton recently established a Split Replays collection where instructor-designed splits get folded in once they are recognized. Rad’s programming has not appeared there yet, and given how Peloton has staggered additions to that collection, there is no clear timeline for when, or if, this particular lineup gets added. It would not be surprising to see this version surface in a future update to the collection, especially given Rad’s growing footprint in group and holiday programming. Until then, keep an eye on Rad’s IG, as well as The Rad Ones, for the next Rad Lopez 3 Day Split. And of course, we’ll bring it to you as well!
