Prenatal Yoga + Pilates: New 30-Min Addition to Collection
Anna Greenberg brings her Yoga + Pilates format to expecting members for the first time.

Peloton members who are expecting a baby have a new Prenatal Yoga + Pilates class to add to their rotation. The 30 minute session from instructor Anna Greenberg blends two of the platform’s most popular formats into a single workout built specifically for pregnancy.
The class calls for a blanket, a set of blocks, and a resistance band, the same props members reach for in Greenberg’s non-prenatal Yoga + Pilates classes. It follows a similar rhythm too, alternating segments of modified yoga poses with Pilates-style core and stability work, all scaled for the needs of a growing belly.

Greenberg introduced the original Yoga + Pilates format in late 2024, pairing yoga’s flexibility work with Pilates’ controlled, precise movements in a single class. The new class carries that same structure into her pregnancy programming, giving expecting members a modified version of a format that has built a loyal following since it debuted.
Where to Find Prenatal Yoga + Pilates

The new class lives under the Yoga category on the Peloton platform, and it also marks a new section inside Anna Greenberg’s Pre and Postnatal Collection. That places it alongside Greenberg’s trimester-organized prenatal yoga library and the Prenatal Pilates series she launched over the summer, giving expecting members yet another way to move through pregnancy.
The collection itself also appears under the Cross Training category, giving Greenberg’s pregnancy content two entry points depending on how members browse. Whether someone starts from Yoga or from Cross Training, the new class and the rest of the collection are easy to track down.
The addition builds on a stretch of new pregnancy programming from Greenberg. In July, she debuted Peloton Prenatal Pilates, the platform’s first dedicated Pilates series for expecting members, adding a Prenatal Pilates section to the top of her collection. This class now sits alongside that series, rounding out the collection with a hybrid option members had been asking for.

The timing carries a personal note. Greenberg is currently expecting her second child, due December 1, and has continued to build out her pregnancy content while going through her own. She taught prenatal classes during her first pregnancy as well, and members have followed along as her programming has grown alongside her family.
As with any prenatal fitness content, members should check with their healthcare provider before starting or changing an exercise routine during pregnancy. With this class now part of the schedule, expecting members have one more way to stay active through each trimester, and Greenberg’s collection keeps growing alongside a broader push from Peloton to expand its pregnancy and postpartum library.
