Peloton Wellbeing for Life Names 5 Strong 2026 Partners
From mental health advocacy to LGBTQ+ fitness access, the 2026 partner lineup shows how Peloton social impact work keeps expanding its reach.
For the sixth consecutive year, Peloton Wellbeing for Life is committing financial and non-monetary support to a group of organizations driving real change in physical and mental wellness. Peloton announced its 2026 social impact partners on June 12, naming five nonprofits working across equity, mental health, and inclusive fitness access in the United States and United Kingdom.
“Peloton works alongside our diverse portfolio of incredible social impact partners to amplify and support their impact in their communities,” said Alia McCants, Senior Director, Global Inclusion and Impact at Peloton. “We want to break down barriers to physical fitness and wellbeing in our communities, and our partners are the experts on the ground advancing this critical work.”

What Is the Peloton Wellbeing for Life Program?
Peloton launched its community engagement work in 2021, and the Peloton Wellbeing for Life program has since reached hundreds of thousands of individuals through partnership investments, curated classes, and community activations. The program pairs Peloton’s platform and content with organizations that have on-the-ground expertise in the communities they serve. Support includes both funding and non-monetary assets such as equipment, programming, and instructor involvement. The Clip Out has covered Peloton social impact partnerships in depth going back to the program’s early years and you can find that background here.
The 2026 Peloton Wellbeing for Life Partners
GirlTREK (United States)
GirlTREK is the largest health movement for Black women in the United States, using walking as a tool for community healing and self-care. Peloton and GirlTREK have worked together since 2021, co-creating content and supporting grassroots outreach. Their joint work has centered on the “Black Family Wellness” campaign, connecting thousands of women to movement and digital wellness resources while working to reduce health disparities. Most recently, GirlTREK members joined Peloton instructor Dr. Chelsea Jackson Roberts for a special in-studio yoga class, a reflection of how the partnership continues to show up in real, tangible ways for the community.

LISC (United States)
The Local Initiatives Support Corporation is one of the largest community development organizations in the country. Since 2021, Peloton and LISC have worked to expand access to fitness facilities and wellness programming in underserved communities, contributing to the revitalization of wellness centers in high-need urban areas and putting quality equipment and programming into the hands of residents who otherwise would not have access.
NAMI (United States)
The National Alliance on Mental Illness is the nation’s largest grassroots mental health organization. This is a new partnership for 2026, and it zeroes in on the connection between physical movement and mental health resilience. Peloton is supporting NAMI’s HelpLine resources and helping launch awareness campaigns designed to reduce stigma by bringing mental health conversations into fitness spaces. The Clip Out has covered the Peloton and NAMI partnership and what it means for members.
The OUT Foundation (United States)
The OUT Foundation removes barriers that prevent LGBTQ+ individuals from accessing fitness, health, and wellness. New to the Peloton Wellbeing for Life program in 2026, this partnership focuses on the “OUTAthlete” scholarship program, shared community events, and the development of inclusive coaching certifications. The collaboration has already helped fund gym memberships for LGBTQ+ athletes and is working to create safer fitness environments across the country.
Sporting Equals (United Kingdom)
Sporting Equals is the UK’s leading nonprofit dedicated to promoting ethnic diversity across sport and physical activity. A partner since 2021, Sporting Equals works to close the inactivity gap in underrepresented communities through leadership development and community-led programs. The partnership with Peloton has helped expand the “LeaderBoard” program, which works to increase racial diversity in sports governance and ensure long-term systemic change in how fitness is delivered.
Peloton Social Impact Work Heads Into Year Six
The 2026 partner class reflects both continuity and expansion. GirlTREK, LISC, and Sporting Equals have been part of this work since the beginning. NAMI and The OUT Foundation are new additions, extending the program’s reach into mental health advocacy and LGBTQ+ inclusion. Peloton social impact work is deepening existing partnerships while opening new ones where gaps in access remain.
For members, this means more co-curated content, community activations, and programming tied to the missions of these organizations throughout the year. Read the full details in Peloton’s official announcement.
