Peloton Supply Chain Leadership Expands With Two Hires

A newly hired vice president is already recruiting a director to help build out the team.

Peloton supply chain leadership is expanding, with a newly hired vice president already hiring for a director level role to help shape the company’s approach to logistics, cost management, and technology.

New VP Joins Peloton Supply Chain Leadership

Cameran Hetrick announced on LinkedIn that she joined Peloton two weeks ago as Vice President, Supply Chain Optimization and Transformation. The post, which drew (currently) 79 comments, said she has used Peloton’s products for years and wanted to help transform the member experience through data and AI. She is now hiring a Director, Supply Chain Strategy and Excellence to join her team.

Hetrick’s post framed the move as a fit between her personal experience as a member and a chance to apply data and AI to Peloton’s operations. She conveyed that she was excited to work alongside people who care about the member impact as much as she does.

What The New Director Role Involves

The Director, Supply Chain Strategy and Excellence listing on Peloton’s careers site describes a high impact role responsible for building an end to end supply chain strategy. Duties include developing a multi-year supply chain roadmap, leading network design for distribution and logistics, and managing cost-reduction programs across delivery, service and repair, refurbishment, and transportation. The listing also calls for “Quality-by-Design” work that folds member and engineering feedback into product reliability.

Technology is a consistent thread through the posting. Peloton wants a leader who can deploy AI-driven tools to automate decision-making and sharpen forecasting accuracy, and who is comfortable working across ERP, TMS, and WMS systems. Candidates need at least eight years of progressive supply chain, logistics, or operations experience, with a bachelor’s degree required and a master’s degree or MBA preferred. The role is based at Peloton’s New York City headquarters.

Peloton Supply Chain Leadership Fits A Broader Pattern

The timing lines up with a hiring pattern The Clip Out has tracked through 2026, as Peloton continues filling out its executive and director-level ranks under CEO Peter Stern. The company has also recently named new leaders over partnerships and Pilates programming, each brought in with credentials tied directly to the area they now oversee.

With Hetrick building her own team, the Director, Supply Chain Strategy and Excellence search will be an early signal of how she plans to run the group, and how quickly Peloton fills out the supply chain organization around her.
