Greta Dopp Explains Peloton Sculpt Flow
Greta Dopp Is Answering the Peloton Sculpt Flow Questions Members Keep Asking Subtitle:
The instructor’s recent Instagram Q&A cuts through the confusion around one of Peloton’s most misunderstood class formats, and she has a clear recommendation for anyone who wants to start.
Peloton Sculpt Flow has a visibility problem. The format sits inside the Yoga category, uses light weights, and does not map cleanly onto the strength or yoga boxes most members already know. A lot of people scroll past it. Instructor Greta Dopp wants to change that.

Dopp recently ran a Q&A story series on Instagram called Dying 2 Know, fielding questions directly from members about the class type. One of the most common: can you recommend a good beginner Peloton Sculpt Flow class? Her answer was immediate. She has three beginner classes currently live on the platform and pointed followers straight to a 20-minute class as the starting point.

What Peloton Sculpt Flow Actually Is
The collection sits inside the app’s Yoga category and is described by Peloton as conditioning made captivating: a dynamic blend of core activation, light weights, and isometric holds designed to build both strength and flexibility. Classes run 20 or 30 minutes, span Beginner and Intermediate difficulty levels, and require only a yoga mat and light dumbbells. Bodyweight modifications are always offered.
The format is not traditional yoga. The movements are controlled and continuous, tightly timed to music, and built around muscular endurance rather than deep stretching or breathwork. Members with a background in yoga, barre, or Pilates will find the movement vocabulary familiar. Members without one will find the beginner options genuinely accessible.
Dopp launched the format with her premiere class in December 2025 and has been building her beginner catalog since. Johanna Ricouz and Mariana Fernandez also teach within the collection.
Finding the Right Starting Point
For members following Dopp’s recommendation, filtering by Sculpt Flow in the Yoga category and selecting Beginner difficulty will surface the entry-level options. Selecting Greta Dopp by instructor will bring up her classes directly. To view the entire Collection, click here.
