Peloton Outdoor Run Club Series Delivers a 4-Week Plan
A new 4-week training plan pairs HIIT, Endurance, Intervals, and Long Run Day with on-demand classes dropping twice a week.

Peloton Outdoor Run Club Series is now live, a structured lineup of on-demand outdoor runs built around four training styles instead of one-off sessions. Peloton is calling it “pure performance running, personalized,” with new classes releasing every Monday and Saturday.

The series is framed as à la carte outdoor training, giving members the option to mix and match runs based on what their body needs that week rather than sticking to a single format. It sits alongside Peloton’s existing outdoor running library rather than replacing it, adding a defined structure on top of the classes already available.
How the Peloton Outdoor Run Club Series Structure Works
The plan runs four weeks, with four runs assigned each week and a specific job for each one. Run #1 is HIIT, built to develop power and speed through short, explosive efforts. Run #2 is Endurance, meant to refresh the legs at a steady, sustainable pace. Run #3 is Intervals, focused on speed work through structured reps. Run #4 is Long Run Day, closing the week on what Peloton describes as an aerobic high note.

The First Three Peloton Outdoor Run Club Series Classes Are Already Live
The Clip Out already covered three of the first classes to carry this new format: Alex Karwoski’s 20-minute HIIT Build, Marcel Dinkins’ 30-minute Intervals Build, and Susie Chan’s 45-minute Endurance run. Each one maps directly onto three of the four weekly slots in the Peloton Outdoor Run Club Series structure, leaving Long Run Day as the one format still waiting on its own dedicated release.

The Outdoor Run Club Series collection brings Peloton’s new HIIT Build, Intervals Build, and Endurance runs together in one place inside the app. Marked as a Running collection with three classes so far, it gives members a single spot to pull up any of the three new formats without hunting through the outdoor tab separately.
Peloton Outdoor Run Club Series Connects to the Race Training Team
Peloton is also pointing members toward the Race Training team inside the app as a place to track progress and connect with other runners while working through the series. That Race Training team launched earlier this year, led by Matt Wilpers and Marcel Dinkins. Pairing an established community feature with an ongoing outdoor run series gives members a place to log the work as the weekly runs add up.

With a defined structure and two release days locked in, Peloton Outdoor Run Club Series marks a shift from occasional outdoor drops toward an actual training plan members can build a week around. If the Monday and Saturday cadence holds, expect the current gap in Long Run Day content to close soon.
