Peloton Move as One Brings 2 Exciting PSNY Classes Nov 15

Two 20-minute PSNY classes arrive on demand November 15, with Peloton Studios London teasing its turn next

Peloton Move as One is back, and this round comes from Peloton Studios New York. Two new 20-minute classes, a Move As One Ride and a Move As One Run, release on demand Sunday, November 15 at 12 a.m. ET, which is 5 a.m. in London.

Peloton shared the news in a joint Instagram reel from its Peloton Members and Peloton Apparel accounts. The reel shows instructors pairing off and dancing hand in hand across the studio floor, set up as a joke about forgetting their workout motivation. The caption calls the classes just the motivation members were looking for.

What to Expect From the Peloton Move as One PSNY Classes

The new drop includes the 20 min Move As One Ride: PSNY and the 20 min Move As One Run: PSNY. Both arrive in the on-demand library at the same time, so members can take them back to back, pair one with a strength class, or save the other for later in the week.

The midnight ET release points to a prerecorded drop rather than a live studio class. Peloton has not yet confirmed which instructors teach each class, though the reel features a group of instructors from across disciplines.

At 20 minutes each, this Peloton Move as One release is shorter than most of the series. Earlier rides, runs, and strength classes ran 30 or 45 minutes, which makes the new pair easier to fit into a busy day or a longer stack.

How Move as One Classes Work

Peloton Move as One Ride from December 2023 with multiple cycling instructors

Move as One classes put several Peloton instructors in a single class, with coaches sharing the session instead of one instructor leading from start to finish. The Clip Out’s Peloton timeline traces the format to December 3, 2023, when classes filmed in London after Peloton on Tour revived the tag-team feel of the original All For One bike class.

That first round covered more than the Bike, with a ride, a walk + run, and a full body strength class. Since then, Peloton Move as One has returned across running, strength, and stretching, including a strength class taught by Peloton’s German instructors.

Members who want a preview before November 15 can start with this sampling of Move as One classes on demand now:

• 30 min Move As One Full Body Strength, multiple instructors, December 3, 2023

• 30 min Move As One Walk + Run, multiple instructors, December 3, 2023

• 30 min Move As One Ride, multiple instructors, December 3, 2023

• 10 min Move as One: 5K Warm Up Run with Hannah Frankson, November 15, 2025

• Move as One: 5K Run, multiple instructors, November 15, 2025

• 10 min Move as One: 5K Post-Run Stretch with Hannah Frankson, November 15, 2025

The 5K set works as a complete session on its own, pairing a warm-up run and post-run stretch from Hannah Frankson with a multi-instructor 5K run. The new PSNY classes land exactly one year after that series.

Peloton also brought the format to Peloton Studios London for British Summer Fest. The Clip Out previewed the 45-minute British Summer Fest Move as One Ride on May 30, 2026, then reviewed all three British Summer Fest classes once they were on demand. That five-instructor ride remains one of the largest Peloton Move as One lineups to date.

PSL Teases the Next Peloton Move as One Release

London may be next. In a pinned comment on the reel, the Peloton Members account wrote “PSL coming soon,” with no date or class details attached.

Peloton has not said whether Peloton Studios London will mirror the PSNY ride and run or add other disciplines. Past releases have spanned the Bike, Tread, strength, and stretching, so a London Peloton Move as One drop could take several forms, but nothing beyond the tease is confirmed.

For members who usually stick with one or two favorite instructors, Peloton Move as One remains one of the simplest ways to hear several coaching styles in a single class, and the PSNY pair does it in just 20 minutes.
