Peloton Instructor Ally Love Hosts TIME100 Sports Gala

Love shared the moment on Instagram, calling it an honor to host the livestream celebrating athletes, leaders, and changemakers redefining the impact of sport beyond the game itself. She described getting a front row seat to hear their stories, welcome them to one of the biggest nights in sports, and help bring those moments to fans watching from home. She closed her post by thanking everyone who made the night special: “Here’s to celebrating excellence in sport and in life.”

She co-hosted alongside Speedy Morman, thanking him for what she called making every moment feel effortless. The gala marked the first-ever TIME100 Sports Gala, celebrating honorees from TIME’s newly launched list recognizing the most influential figures in sports.

The TIME100 Sports list itself debuted in June, TIME’s first attempt at ranking the 100 most influential figures shaping the global sports landscape. The issue’s worldwide cover featured four-time NBA champion LeBron James alongside an in-depth interview, with the broader list spanning athletes, coaches, team owners, and executives across the industry. Peloton instructor Ally Love was among the few hosts trusted with the red carpet duties for a debut event of this scale, a signal of how far her media presence has grown beyond the Peloton platform.

The night’s toasts came from five of the inaugural honorees: NBA player Jalen Brunson, two-time Olympic gold medalist figure skater Alysa Liu, former U.S. soccer player Alex Morgan, Prince Harry, and James, whose cover interview anchors the new list. Their remarks capped an evening built around recognizing figures shaping sports well beyond competition itself.

The post pulled a strong response from fans and fellow instructors, including a comment from Joslyn Thompson Rule cheering her on. As of this writing, the reel had more than 4,700 likes and dozens of comments complimenting her red carpet look. For longtime members, seeing Peloton instructor Ally Love in that setting felt like a natural extension of the energy she brings to her live classes.

This is the latest example of Peloton instructor Ally Love representing the brand in a high visibility, non fitness setting, the kind of work that keeps the instructor roster visible well outside the leaderboard. Peloton has increasingly leaned on moments like this to keep its instructors, who lead everything from cycling and strength to yoga, running, and meditation classes, in front of audiences who may never open the app. Worth watching for any recap content from the gala itself.
