Peloton HYROX Events
What Is the Peloton HYROX Community Day Event?
The workouts are part of HYROX Community Day, a free public fitness event presented in partnership with Hudson River Park. It takes place between race weekends of the NYU Langone Health HYROX NYC competition, during what organizers are calling the Week of Fitness. Four free public workout sessions are scheduled across the event, designed to be accessible to all experience levels, from first-timers to seasoned competitors.
Pier 76 sits along Manhattan's west side waterfront, and Hudson River Park is a well-established destination for public fitness and recreation. The location makes this a natural fit for a community-driven event built around accessible, high-energy training.
Two Sessions, One Big Energy: The Peloton HYROX Workout Details
Both Peloton HYROX sessions take place on Monday, June 2. The first session begins at 4:00 PM, and the second follows at 5:00 PM. Each HYROX workout blends functional strength, endurance intervals, and race-inspired stations into one session led by Peloton's HYROX program instructors. Red Bull will have a live DJ on site, and the energy is described as community-driven and high-intensity throughout.
Check-in times differ by session, so note which one applies to you before you head out. There is no formal bag check at either session, so plan accordingly. Registration is free, and spots are available through SweatPals. The cancellation policy is no refunds, so register for the session you are confident you can attend.
Who Should Register?
Both sessions are designed to be scalable. Whether you are training toward a future race, coming off the high of competition weekend, or simply looking for a structured, high-energy HYROX workout in a community setting, these classes are built to meet you where you are. The event description specifically notes that everyone moves together, pushes together, and celebrates together, which is consistent with how both Peloton and HYROX approach group fitness.
If you are already familiar with Peloton's HYROX content on the platform, this is an opportunity to take that training off-screen and into a live competition-adjacent environment. If you are new to HYROX, the community day format is one of the lower-barrier entry points available.
About the Peloton HYROX Program
The live events at Pier 76 are an extension of the Peloton HYROX program that has been growing steadily on the platform. HYROX is a global hybrid fitness race format built around eight one-kilometer runs, each followed by one of eight functional fitness stations, including sled pushes, rowing, and burpee broad jumps. The format tests endurance, strength, and stamina across a single continuous effort.
Peloton is HYROX's official digital training partner and has built a 12-week HYROX Training Program around the format. In March 2026, the program expanded further by adding dedicated gym workouts designed to mirror the specific functional movements athletes face on the race floor. As The Clip Out reported, the Peloton HYROX program now covers all three training modalities: cardio equipment, running, and functional strength, giving members a more complete path to race-day readiness without having to stitch together a separate program.
New Peloton HYROX Classes Are Also Coming Next Week
The community day events arrive alongside a notable expansion of Peloton HYROX classes on the platform itself. Five new class types are scheduled for the week of May 28, spanning yoga, strength, stretching, cycling, and running. As The Clip Out reported, these new Peloton HYROX classes represent additions to the catalog, not repeats of existing formats.
The upcoming schedule includes a 30-minute HYROX Shake Out Ride with Robin Arzon on May 28, a 30-minute HYROX Shake Out Run with Marcel Dinkins on May 28 (with Pace Targets available), a 30-minute HYROX Recovery Flow with Chelsea Jackson Roberts on May 31, a 30-minute HYROX Full Body Strength with Andy Speer on May 31, and a 10-minute HYROX Full Body Stretch with Andy Speer also on May 31.
Robin Arzon and Andy Speer are both certified HYROX Performance Coaches and co-lead the platform's 12-week training program. Chelsea Jackson Roberts adds a new name to the HYROX instructor roster with the Recovery Flow. The timing of all five classes aligns directly with the opening of NYU Langone Health HYROX New York, which begins May 28 at Pier 76 and runs through June 7, making this one of the more coordinated weeks of Peloton HYROX content the platform has produced.
