Peloton Fourth of July Classes Adds a 6 Instructor Summer Blast Class
Peloton Fourth of July Classes Return With Four New Workouts Including a Feast-Style Summer Blast
Peloton Fourth of July classes are back for the holiday weekend, and the centerpiece is a six-instructor group strength session called Summer Blast. Peloton Studios announced the lineup on Instagram, confirming four total classes across strength, rowing, running, and cycling, all hitting the platform Saturday, July 4.

Peloton Fourth of July Classes Include a Six-Instructor Strength Session
The headline class is a 45-minute Summer Blast: Full Body Strength, taught by Adrian Williams, Callie Gullickson, Logan Aldridge, Katie Wang, Selena Samuela, and Rad Lopez. It drops On Demand Saturday, July 4 at 12 AM ET / 5 AM BST. Peloton teased this lineup in recent Instagram posts featuring the instructors having, well, a blast on the HQ rooftop in NYC, and now we see the result: an even more fun post poking fun at each instructor (in the most lovable way).
Six-instructor formats are uncommon on Peloton’s schedule. The closest recent comparisons are the Thanksgiving classes and the Superbowl (we mean, the Superburn, class. That class became a fan favorite specifically because of the format: multiple instructors trading off blocks within a single session, each contributing their own signature moves. Peloton has clearly kept that structure in its back pocket for other major holidays, and the Fourth of July gives it a second outing.

The Full Fourth of July Class Lineup
Beyond the strength session, three additional classes round out the holiday slate:
- A 20-minute Fourth of July Row with Matt Wilpers (On Demand)
- A 30-minute Fourth of July Run with Logan Aldridge (Live at 7:30AM ET)
- A 30-minute Fourth of July Ride with Matt Wilpers (Live at 8:00AM ET)
That gives members options across four disciplines in a single day, a departure from past years. Last year’s holiday content leaned on single-instructor drops from Rebecca Kennedy and Adrian Williams rather than a coordinated multi-class release.
Peloton Fourth of July classes have historically been a lower-key release, but this year’s four-class, six-instructor lineup suggests the holiday is getting more production investment than it has in past years. If the format holds, members might hope to expect group strength classes to keep showing up around major U.S. holidays going forward. Wouldn’t that be fun!
And the live classes on the holiday will be a meaningful Leaderboard connection for many. Will Matt diverge from his usual Saturday Power Zone format for this Fourth of July Class? For the non-Power Zoners out there, let’s hope so!
