4 New Peloton Fit Family Classes Added to Collection
Peloton Fit Family Classes Hit 116 With New Drop
Jess Sims, Chelsea Jackson Roberts, Cliff Dwenger and Mayla Wedekind added four sessions, giving families another reason to move indoors this summer.
Peloton Fit Family classes added four new sessions overnight on July 22, bringing the collection to 116 total classes built to get parents and kids moving together. The drop landed quietly, with no live premiere, following the pattern Peloton has used for its last few rounds of family content.

Four New Peloton Fit Family Classes Land On Demand
Jess Sims opens the update with a 5 minute Fit Family Brain Break, a cardio class built around a spin-the-wheel format that mixes short bursts of movement with playful prompts. Chelsea Jackson Roberts follows with a 20 minute Family Sleep Meditation, a calmer offering aimed at winding a household down before bed rather than energizing it. Check out the entire Peloton Fit Family Classes Collection here.
The German language side of the collection grows as well. Cliff Dwenger adds a 15 minute Fit Family class, and Mayla Wedekind contributes a 10 minute Family Meditation, both available to Peloton’s German speaking members. All four classes went live at 12 AM ET on July 22 and sit inside the Fit Family Collection on demand.

Why Family Workouts Matter, Especially In Summer Heat
Regular physical activity gives kids more than a way to burn energy. The CDC points to many positive outcomes associated with activities that are anything but “routine.” Benefits include improved academic performance, brain health, muscular fitness, heart and lung health, cardio-metabolic health, long-term health, bone strength, and measures of a healthy weight. Getting that movement indoors matters just as much in July, when triple digit heat indexes can make an afternoon at the park risky for young kids. A five minute Brain Break or a short family meditation gives households a way to meet that daily activity goal without stepping outside during the hottest part of the day.
Not Yet Available On YouTube
Peloton has previously made select Fit Family classes available for free on its YouTube channel, giving non-members a way to sample the format. As of this writing, none of the four classes from the July 22 drop have been added there. Members looking for these specific sessions will need access to the Fit Family Collection inside the Peloton platform.
The growing German language track and the steady stream of new sessions suggest Fit Family has become a fixture of Peloton’s content calendar, one families can lean on regardless of the season or the weather outside.
