5 Peloton Father’s Day Classes Led by New Dads

The instructors teaching this year’s holiday lineup have all become fathers in the past two years.

Peloton Father’s Day classes are back this weekend, and this year the lineup comes with a personal dimension that makes it worth paying attention to. Five of the instructors leading special Father’s Day classes on the Bike, Tread, Row, and mat have all become fathers within roughly the past two years. The classes begin Saturday, June 20, and run through Sunday, June 21.

A Weekend of Peloton Father’s Day Classes

Peloton is marking the holiday with a focused set of themed classes across multiple disciplines. Whether you’re on the Row, the Tread, the Bike, or the mat, there’s a class built for the occasion. All Sunday classes drop on demand at 12 AM ET / 5 AM BST. The live class kicks off Saturday morning with Alex Karwoski on the Row.

Here is the full class schedule for the 2026 Peloton Father’s Day classes:

5 New Peloton Dads Leading the Lineup

What sets this year’s Peloton Father’s Day classes apart is how recently each of these instructors stepped into fatherhood. Four of the five have welcomed their first child within the past year. The fifth, Jermaine Johnson, became a dad in August 2024, making this his second Father’s Day with his son Ray. Together, these five new Peloton dads bring a layer of lived experience to the weekend that goes beyond a themed playlist.

Alex Karwoski

Alex Karwoski welcomed his son in early November 2025. He shared the news during a family-themed rowing class, revealing he had a newborn at home and describing the “new commitment” that came with it. Alex is leading the only live class of the weekend, a 30 min Father’s Day Row on Saturday morning.

Matt Wilpers

Matt Wilpers and his wife Jessica Li welcomed their first child together in September 2025. Matt had been quietly off the live schedule on paternity leave before returning for the Peloton Tri event. He brings that experience to a 45 min Father’s Day Ride on Sunday, the longest class of the weekend.

Bradley Rose

Bradley Rose and his wife Sophia welcomed their son Grayson Everett Rose in late June 2025, just about one year ago. Bradley had announced the pregnancy on Christmas Day 2024, and Grayson arrived after what Bradley described as a “75 hour long and challenging process.” He returned to the live schedule in September 2025 and is now leading a 20 min Father’s Day Ride on Sunday.

Jermaine Johnson

Jermaine Johnson was the first of this group to become a dad, welcoming his son Raymond “Ray” David Johnson on August 3, 2024. The Clip Out covered Ray’s arrival when Jermaine shared the news and described just how much the experience had changed him. This Father’s Day, Jermaine is leading a 30 min Father’s Day Run on Sunday, making it the first Father’s Day he has marked as a dad.

Ben Alldis

Ben Alldis and his wife Leanne Hainsby-Alldis welcomed their son Ace Eddie Alldis on December 10, 2025. The couple announced their pregnancy in August 2025, and Ace arrived just in time for Ben to spend the early months of 2026 on paternity leave before returning to the schedule. Ben is leading a 20 min Father’s Day Glutes and Legs Strength class on Sunday.

How to Take the Peloton Father’s Day Classes

The live Father’s Day Row with Alex Karwoski is scheduled for Saturday, June 20 at 7:30 AM ET / 12:30 PM BST. All remaining Peloton Father’s Day classes drop on demand Sunday, June 21 at 12 AM ET / 5 AM BST on the Bike, Tread, and in the strength library. Members can access all classes through the Peloton app or their connected equipment.

These are not the only new Peloton dads on the instructor roster, but they are the five leading this weekend’s holiday classes. If you’re looking for more context on the broader wave of instructor family news over the past year, last year’s Father’s Day class coverage offers a useful comparison point for how the lineup has shifted.

Members can access all Peloton Father’s Day classes through the Peloton platform or their connected equipment. The Father’s Day Collection on the platform goes back to 2021 and now includes 37 classes, making it one of the more developed holiday collections in the library.
