Peloton Classes on Spotify: Greta Dopp Picks Favorite 3 by Time
Peloton classes on Spotify now come with a simple way to choose a workout: start with the time you have. Peloton instructor Greta Dopp showed how in a recent Instagram Story built around one question, “How much time are you dedicating to your fitness routine today?”
Greta shared the Story through Spotify and spotlighted three classes, each matched to a realistic time slot. Every frame carried the same reminder: Workouts by Peloton, included in Premium. The result is a clear example of how Peloton classes on Spotify can fit around a work schedule.
Who Is Greta Dopp?
Greta is one of the newer Peloton instructors that came on board in 2025. She teaches both yoga and Pilates. In the Story, she introduces herself as “Greta from Peloton” and answers a series of replies to her question sticker, pointing each viewer to a class that fits their window.
All three of her picks are mat-based. They require little equipment, and none depend on a specific piece of Peloton hardware, which reflects the range of Peloton content beyond equipment-based classes.

3 Peloton Classes on Spotify Matched to Your Schedule
Each reply in the Story came from a different part of the day, and Greta paired each one with a different class from the Peloton classes on Spotify library. Spotify lists the runtimes a few minutes longer than the class titles.
- 15 minutes at the end of the day: 15 min Pilates: Express | Intermediate. This 17-minute listing is a full-body mat class that builds on core Pilates principles and signature exercises. Equipment is light dumbbells and a workout mat. Greta answers the reply with “No worries, I got you!”
- Â 20 minutes before work: 20 min Yoga + Pilates | Intermediate. The Spotify listing runs 22 minutes and calls for a yoga mat only. The class alternates power flows with bodyweight Pilates sections, designed to work up a sweat and get the heart rate up. Greta says she definitely recommends it for a morning slot.
- 30 minutes after work: 30 min Yin Yoga. Listed at 34 minutes, this class uses a yoga blanket, yoga block, and yoga mat. According to the class description, Yin prioritizes stability and stillness over movement, with longer pose holds that go deeper both mentally and physically. Greta pairs it with viewers who have felt busy lately.

How to Access Peloton Classes on Spotify Without a Peloton Membership
A Peloton membership is not required. Spotify Premium subscribers can play these workouts as part of their plan at no extra cost, directly from a smart device. Spotify’s support page says Premium users can browse categories such as strength, yoga, and Pilates, use Chapters to jump between sections, and save or download workouts.
That makes Peloton classes on Spotify practical for travel. A yoga mat class or a 15-minute Pilates session needs little space, which suits a hotel room or a short layover. Searching “fitness” in the Spotify app opens the fitness hub, where the full catalog and curated playlists live.
Peloton classes on Spotify also suit newcomers who are not sure where to start. Spotify’s onboarding quiz can match a lineup by movement type, intensity, and experience level, and time-based picks like Greta’s add another way to narrow the choice.
