Breathwrk, which Peloton acquired and previously covered here, is a standalone guided breathing app available free to All Access, Guide, and App+ members. Sessions count toward Peloton streaks, challenges, and workout history.

What the Instructor Content Announcement Means

Until now, Breathwrk content has been created by the platform’s own instructors. The new development puts Peloton’s instructor team directly on the app, where they will create and release their own breathing and wellness classes alongside the existing Breathwrk library.

No timeline was given for when the first instructor content will go live. Both companies described it as coming soon.

How to Access Peloton Breathwrk Now

Members who haven’t connected their account yet can get started in four steps:

  1. Download the Breathwrk app from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
  2. Select “Get Started” and follow the prompts for Peloton Members.
  3. Complete the onboarding and take your first breathing exercise.
  4. All sessions are recorded in the Breathwrk app and synced to your Peloton account.

AppOne and Strength+ members can access Breathwrk through a separate subscription.

The instructor content, when it arrives, will be accessible through the same app. Watch the Breathwrk library for new instructor names as the rollout begins.
