Everything You Need to Know About Peloton’s 2026 Asian Pacific Islander Heritage Month
Asian Pacific Islander Heritage Month is officially underway on Peloton, and the platform is rolling out a full month of themed classes designed to celebrate the music, culture, and diversity of Asian and Pacific Islander communities. Classes span cycling, yoga, Pilates, strength training, outdoor runs, and more, giving every type of member something to look forward to this May. K-Pop, Bollywood, Rock, and More Are on the Schedule All May Long.

What Is Asian Pacific Islander Heritage Month?
Asian Pacific Islander Heritage Month is observed every May in the United States. Established in 1992, it recognizes the contributions and influence of Asian and Pacific Islander communities across American history, culture, and civic life. Peloton has honored the occasion with dedicated programming since 2020, and the collection has expanded every year since. If you want a deeper look at the history and cultural context behind this month’s celebration, our 2025 coverage is a great place to start.
This year, Peloton is kicking off Asian Pacific Islander Heritage Month with a strong first two weeks of classes already announced and on the schedule.
The 2026 Class Schedule So Far
The celebration got moving right away in the first week of May:
- 20 min APIHM: Rock Ride with Sam Yo – Fri, May 1 @ 8:30 AM ET | 1:30 PM BST
- 30 min APIHM: K-Pop Ride with Ally Love – Mon, May 4 @ 9:30 AM ET | 2:30 PM BST
- 30 min Bollywood Slow Flow with Aditi Shah – Wed, May 6, On Demand @ 12 AM ET | 5 AM BST
- 30 min Live DJ Ride: TOKiMONSTA with Emma Lovewell – Thu, May 7 @ 7:30 PM ET
- 20 min APIHM: Pop Upper Body Strength with Katie Wang – Fri, May 8 @ 9:30 AM ET | 2:30 PM BST

Worth noting on the TOKiMONSTA ride: TOKiMONSTA is the stage name of Jennifer Lee, a second-generation Korean American producer and DJ based in Los Angeles. She made history in 2019 as the first female Asian American producer to receive a Grammy nomination in the Best Dance/Electronic Album category. As we covered in our May Artist Series overview, this class is a natural fit for Asian Pacific Islander Heritage Month.
The schedule continues into the second half of the month:
- 30 min APIHM: R&B Yoga Flow with Greta – Sat, May 16 @ 7:30 AM ET | 12:30 PM BST
- 20 min APIHM: Outdoor Pop Run with Marcel Dinkins – Wed, May 20, On Demand @ 12 AM ET | 5 AM BST
- 20 min APIHM: Bollywood Pilates with Aditi Shah – Thu, May 21 @ 9 AM ET | 2 PM BST
- 30 min APIHM: Dance Walk with Emma Lovewell – Tue, May 26, On Demand @ 12 AM ET | 5 AM BST

More classes may be added throughout the month, so it is worth checking the app regularly for updates. You can find all announced classes and past years’ content in the APIHM Collection directly.
Earn a New Badge
Taking any 2026 Asian Pacific Islander Heritage Month class on Peloton earns members a new, year-specific badge. If you are building out your badge collection, make sure to complete at least one class before May wraps up.

The APIHM Collection: 159 Classes and Growing
The APIHM Collection currently holds 159 classes and spans every year of programming going back to 2020. That depth makes it one of the more substantial themed collections on the platform, and it reflects how much the celebration has grown year over year.
The collection is not limited to May programming either. It includes Peloton’s annual Holi Pilates class with Aditi Shah and Lunar New Year classes, both of which reflect how consistently Peloton celebrates Asian and Pacific Islander culture throughout the year, not just during Heritage Month.
Whether you want to work through this year’s new classes or explore years of on-demand content, the collection is the best place to start.
