4 Nico Sarani Live Classes Return After Her Move to LA
Nico Sarani Live Classes Return to PSNY This October
The Peloton yoga instructor is teaching four sessions at PSNY after relocating to the Los Angeles area, using a travel model shared with Callie Gullickson and Johanna Ricouz.
Nico Sarani live classes return to Peloton Studios New York this October, with four sessions on the schedule after her move to the Los Angeles area a few months ago. The Peloton yoga instructor will teach a Slow Flow, Morning Power Flow, Yin Yoga, and Yoga Flow class from Studio 2 between October 9 and October 25.

Nico has been open about the transition on Instagram. She wrote that she loves her new West Coast base, citing road trips, hikes, and a new space, and that she is glad she followed her intuition when it said it was time for a change. She was also candid that starting over comes with uncomfortable moments, and that she misses teaching more regularly. She especially misses the in-person classes, “a lot.”
Nico Sarani Live Classes at PSNY: The Full Schedule
All four sessions are listed under Yoga/Meditation and take place at Peloton Studios New York, Studio 2. Times are Eastern.
- Friday, October 9: 30 min Int. Slow Flow, 12:15 PM
- Saturday, October 10: 20 min Int. Morning Power Flow, 7:45 AM
- Sunday, October 11: 30 min Yin Yoga, 7:45 AM
- Sunday, October 25: 45 min Int. Yoga Flow, 7:45 AM
Three of the sessions fall across three consecutive days, from Friday, October 9 through Sunday, October 11, and the longer Yoga Flow follows on October 25, giving members several ways to fit Nico Sarani live classes into their schedule.

A Loyal Following Has Been Asking for More
Nico has built a devoted community since joining Peloton in spring 2021 as the platform’s first German-language yoga instructor (she recently celebrated her 5 Year Peloversary), and she continues to add English classes to her catalog. Members have cheered her move while also saying they wish she were back in the studio more often, which makes this run of Nico Sarani live classes a welcome addition to the PSNY schedule.
A Travel Model Shared With Callie and Johanna
Nico’s return follows a structure already in place at PSNY. Callie Gullickson and Johanna Ricouz each live a plane ride away from New York and travel in monthly to teach live classes and record content. Nico Sarani live classes at PSNY now follow that pattern, which allows her to stay based on the West Coast while remaining part of the live lineup. While we don’t know that Nico will follow the same cadence, we expect it to be similar.
Instructor Summit Brings PSNY Together
Coincidentally, Nico was also among the first to share photos from the Instructor Summit held at PSNY on September 29. The gathering united instructors, PAs, and the behind-the-scenes teams in one place, and her posts gave members an early look at the day. (The rest of the instructors’ content followed, but it was fun to see hers early as we could sense her excitement through the screen!)
Welcome back, Nico!
