Peloton HYROX classes on the schedule

5 New Peloton HYROX Classes Land on the Schedule Next Week

Last Updated: May 20, 2026By Tags: ,

Peloton HYROX classes are expanding again, and next week’s schedule brings five new class types spanning yoga, strength, stretching, cycling, and running. The classes are scheduled across two dates, Thursday, May 28 and Sunday, May 31, and they represent new additions to the Peloton HYROX catalog, not just a repeat of existing formats.

What HYROX Training Looks Like on Peloton

HYROX is a global hybrid fitness race format built around eight one-kilometer runs, each followed by a functional fitness station. The race tests endurance, strength, and stamina across a single continuous effort. Peloton became HYROX’s official digital training partner and has built out a serious slate of programming around the format, including a 12-week HYROX Training Program and dedicated gym workouts added to the preparation lineup. For a deeper look at how the partnership first came together, The Clip Out covered it in detail when Peloton first announced the HYROX collaboration. The new classes scheduled for next week continue that expansion.

Why These Peloton HYROX Classes Stand Out

The variety across these five sessions is worth noting. A recovery yoga flow, a full body strength class, a dedicated stretch, and two shake-out sessions in cycling and running cover nearly every dimension of HYROX training in a single week. That breadth is not typical of what a single week’s HYROX schedule has looked like on the platform before, making this a notable expansion of class types, not just volume.

Chelsea Jackson Roberts joining the HYROX lineup adds a new name to the instructor roster for these classes. She has publicly signaled her interest in competing in HYROX herself, as noted in The Clip Out’s HYROX Miami recap. Her leading the Recovery Flow positions her directly inside the HYROX programming ecosystem.

Robin Arzon and Andy Speer are both certified HYROX Performance Coaches on the Peloton instructor roster and co-lead the platform’s 12-week HYROX Training Program. Marcel Dinkins brings her running expertise to the Shake Out Run, which includes Pace Targets to help members dial in their effort ahead of race weekend.

HYROX Training Classes Are Reaching Beyond Competitive Athletes

Not every member taking Peloton HYROX classes is heading to a start line. The format, which builds functional strength, running endurance, and recovery discipline, translates well for anyone looking for structured, purposeful training. A 10-minute stretch and a 30-minute recovery yoga session are accessible entry points for members who are HYROX-curious but not yet competing.

The Timing Lines Up With HYROX New York

The scheduling of these Peloton HYROX classes is not happening in a vacuum. NYU Langone Health HYROX New York kicks off May 28 at Pier 76 at Hudson River Park and runs across two weekends through June 7. With 50,000 athletes expected, it is the largest HYROX event in North American history. The shake-out sessions on May 28 align directly with the opening day of racing, and the recovery and strength work on May 31 fits squarely into the middle of the first race weekend.

Based on the pattern Peloton has established at previous HYROX events, including Power Up sessions in Dallas, Washington D.C., and Miami, it would not be surprising to see Peloton instructors show up in New York in some capacity. No instructor participation has been confirmed at this time, but given the scale of the event and Peloton’s growing HYROX presence, the community will be watching. With Peloton HYROX classes scheduled to drop the same week racing begins, the timing suggests the platform is building toward something worth paying attention to.
