Tim Robards Peloton Classes: 2 Essential New Pairings
Tim Robards Peloton Classes: 2 Great Pairings Revealed
A 30 minute Two For One Ride with Sam Yo and a 10 minute Two for One Full Body Stretch with Joslyn Thompson Rule connect to PSL and Sydney.
Tim Robards Peloton classes arrived Friday, October 2, with two new Two For One releases. Tim joins Sam Yo for a 30 minute Two For One Ride and Joslyn Thompson Rule for a 10 minute Two for One Full Body Stretch.

Tim Robards Peloton Classes Build on His PSL Residency
Tim became Peloton’s first Australian guest instructor in late 2025 during a monthlong residency at Peloton Studios London (PSL). The Clip Out covered his announcement, and his first Two For One classes reached On Demand the week of December 8, pairing him with Joslyn for strength, Ben Alldis for cycling, and Jon Hosking for walking.
Peloton said at the time that Tim would co-teach across cycling, tread, strength, and stretching, and it named both Sam and Joslyn among his partners. The two Tim Robards Peloton classes from October 2 match those categories and those instructors. Releases have come in batches since the residency, including Two For One classes with Jermaine Johnson and Susie Chan in June.
A Classic Sam Yo Ride With an Australian Playlist
The 30 minute Two For One Ride looks to be a classic Sam ride, and the playlist leans on Australian music. The class details list Walking On A Dream by Empire Of The Sun, Straight Lines by Silverchair, Never Tear Us Apart by INXS, Titanium by David Guetta featuring Sia, The Deepest Sighs, the Frankest Shadows by Gang of Youths, Youngblood by 5 Seconds Of Summer, and It’s a Long Way to the Top by AC/DC, listed as the Original Australian Release.
Sam has been on a roll with his combinations. His Two For One Classic Rock Ride with Denis Morton at PSL on August 23 came after Denis moderated Sam’s book tour event at Peloton Studios New York in May. Teaming with Tim adds another Two For One partner to Sam’s recent run.
Joslyn and Tim Follow City2Surf With a Stretch
The 10 minute Two for One Full Body Stretch makes sense for this pair. Tim is a chiropractor and personal trainer, and he and Joslyn did a mobility session together in Sydney before she ran City2Surf. Peloton Australia also hosted the Peloton Wellness Warm-Up with both instructors two days before the race.
Joslyn finished the 14km course on August 9 in 1:15:52, her first time running City2Surf. The two already share a Two For One Full Body Strength class from the PSL residency, and a short full body stretch gives the Tim Robards Peloton classes a recovery option that follows from that race week.
And she also programmed Australian artists. Who remembers the Divynals?
Peloton Australia Keeps Building Around Tim
Tim Robards Peloton classes arrived as Peloton Australia expanded its programming this year. The Australian Edit collection launched June 3 with 45 classes from 21 instructors, including Two For One Walk classes with Joslyn and Jon Hosking.
In March, Peloton brought Jon, Erik Jager, Kirra Michel, and Tim to Melbourne for the Race Week Victory Lap, a community run tied to the Formula 1 season opener. Tim also led a Global Running Day 5K with the Coogee Run Club in Sydney in June, and City2Surf 2026 included an official Team Peloton entry for Sydney members.
With Friday’s release, Tim Robards Peloton classes now span cycling, strength, running, walking, and stretching, and Peloton continues to release his Two For One content gradually. Members can browse his full catalog on the Peloton platform.
