Peloton’s May Mental Health Awareness Classes – Find Your Calm
Peloton has added several classes to the May schedule celebrating Mental Health Awareness Month, offering members a chance to prioritize their well-being through purposefully designed and restorative experiences. The platform is now accepting registrations for Mental Health Awareness classes across multiple disciplines, with instructors ready to guide members through the month-long celebration focused on mental wellness alongside physical fitness. So far the live classes will be offered at PSNY but keep an eye on the schedule for more to come.
About Mental Health Awareness Month
Mental Health Awareness Month is observed every May in the United States, a tradition that began in 1949 through the work of Mental Health America. The month serves as a nationwide effort to reduce the stigma surrounding mental health conditions, encourage open conversation, and connect people with the resources and support they may need.
With roughly one in five American adults experiencing a mental health condition in any given year, the campaign is a reminder that mental health is just as important as physical health and that no one should have to navigate their struggles alone. Organizations, healthcare providers, and communities across the country use the month to share education, personal stories, and tools that help people recognize warning signs, seek help, and support those around them.

What to Expect From Mental Health Awareness Classes
Peloton’s Mental Health Awareness classes invite members to “settle in, take a moment, and feel the support of your community” through brand-new sessions specifically designed to prioritize mental health. In years past, these classes have been available across cycling, running, strength training, and yoga, ensuring every member can find an option that resonates with their preferences.
Instructors and Themes
The Mental Health Awareness classes feature experienced Peloton instructors who bring both fitness expertise and a commitment to mental wellness to their teaching. Past years have featured contributions from instructors like Rebecca Kennedy, Ben Alldis, Ally Love, Jess Sims, Ash Pryor and others who specialize in creating spaces where fitness and mental health intersect.

This gamification element encourages deeper engagement with the Mental Health Awareness programming and celebrates community commitment to mental health.
Beyond Fitness: Mental Health Awareness’s Deeper Purpose
