Meditate Through Change Gives Members 6 Helpful Sessions
Dr. Chelsea Jackson Roberts and Denis Morton guide six 10-minute meditations for life’s biggest transitions

Meditate Through Change is the newest Peloton meditation collection, and it centers on the moments that reshape daily life. The six-class series from Dr. Chelsea Jackson Roberts and Denis Morton became available on demand on Saturday, October 10, 2026, at 12 AM ET and 5 AM BST.
Each 10-minute session in the series focuses on one pivotal life moment, from coping with loss or injury to becoming a parent. Peloton frames the series as a way to gain perspective and clarity when members need it most, which gives the collection a more personal purpose than a general relaxation class.
Inside the Meditate Through Change Collection
The Meditate Through Change collection sits in the Collections section of the Peloton App and includes six classes split evenly between two instructors. Every class runs 10 minutes, so the full series adds up to one hour of guided practice. Members can work through the complete collection or choose a single session based on what they are facing right now.
Dr. Chelsea Jackson Roberts’ Sessions

• 10 min for Work Burnout with Dr. Chelsea Jackson Roberts | Sat, Oct 10 @ 12 AM ET
• 10 min for Setting Boundaries with Dr. Chelsea Jackson Roberts | Sat, Oct 10 @ 12 AM ET
• 10 min for New Parents with Dr. Chelsea Jackson Roberts | Sat, Oct 10 @ 12 AM ET
Roberts leads the sessions focused on work burnout, setting boundaries, and the transition to parenthood. Each title names the situation directly, so members know what the 10 minutes will address before they press play.
Denis Morton’s Sessions

• 10 min For Loss with Denis Morton | Sat, Oct 10 @ 12 AM ET
• 10 min For Coping with Injury with Denis Morton | Sat, Oct 10 @ 12 AM ET
• 10 min For Moving Out with Denis Morton | Sat, Oct 10 @ 12 AM ET
Morton guides the remaining three classes, which cover loss, coping with injury, and moving out. His sessions round out a collection that spans grief, recovery, and change at home, giving each of those moments its own dedicated class.
A Peloton Meditation Series Built Around Real Life
Much of the Peloton meditation library is organized by goal or time of day, with categories for sleep, morning routines, relaxation, and mindfulness. Meditate Through Change takes a different approach by naming the life event first. A member managing burnout or recovering from an injury can go straight to the class built for that moment instead of scrolling the broader catalog.
The injury session has clear relevance for members who train across Strength, Tread, Row, Yoga, and Pilates classes. Time away from a regular routine affects more than the body, and the collection offers a 10-minute practice that requires no equipment and fits easily into recovery days.
For members building a broader practice, The Clip Out’s guide to unique Peloton meditations covers breathwork, family sessions, and even classes to take with pets. Peloton has also expanded its programming with structured options like Find Your Calm with Kirra Michel, a one-week meditation journey.
How to Find Meditate Through Change
Meditate Through Change appears under Collections in the Peloton App, with all six classes grouped together and both instructors pictured on the cover. Each class is also listed individually in the Meditation section for members who want to take a single session on demand.
Life changes rarely arrive on a schedule, and short, targeted sessions are easier to return to on a difficult day. With classes tied to work, family, health, and home, Meditate Through Change gives the meditation library a clear starting point for members who are working through something specific.
