Logan Aldridge and Matt Wilpers Join Twin Health Talk
Twin Health’s Tracy Cardin Rounds Out the Panel

Logan Aldridge and Matt Wilpers, Peloton instructors, joined a webinar with Twin Health on August 19 to discuss movement and metabolic health, the latest touchpoint in the two companies’ growing partnership. The health-tech company posted a recap of the conversation on LinkedIn last week.
The webinar, titled “Movement & Metabolism: Leading the Conversation,” paired the two instructors with Tracy Cardin, ACNP, SFHM, the company’s VP of Provider Operations, along with a member named Lyz. Together, the panel covered what happens in the body during exercise and practical ways members can build movement into everyday life.
The company summarized the panel’s central point on LinkedIn: “supporting better health isn’t as simple as telling people to exercise more.” It said the conversation centered on helping people understand their own bodies and find sustainable habits, rather than offering blanket exercise advice.

The panel builds on a partnership Peloton and Twin Health announced in October, which pairs the company’s AI Digital Twin technology with Peloton’s full class library. The Digital Twin builds a real-time model of each member’s metabolism using data from smart devices, lab results, and meal logs, and Twin’s care team uses that model to recommend specific Peloton content: low-impact cardio for heart health, strength training for metabolic resilience, yoga for stress management, and guided meditation for sleep quality.
Twin Health has said the goal is to help members reduce or discontinue high-cost medications, including GLP-1s, without regaining weight, pointing to peer-reviewed research published in the New England Journal of Medicine Catalyst. Members also receive a Peloton App One membership at no additional cost, with the option to add a discounted Peloton Bike+ rental or an All-Access membership.
Logan Aldridge and Matt Wilpers bring distinct followings to the partnership: adaptive training for Logan and Power Zone programming for Matt. Pairing both instructors with a clinical health partner signals how Peloton continues to position its instructor roster around health outcomes, not just class variety.
Whether the conversation turns into standalone video or class content remains to be seen, but Peloton has leaned into pairing instructors with health-focused partners throughout the year. Another appearance from both instructors, alongside this partner, would fit that pattern.
