Live DJ Run and More: This Week at Peloton (April 13–19)
From a music-driven Tread class to strength, cycling, and meditation, here is what is on the Peloton schedule this week.
The week of April 13 brings a solid mix of classes across the Peloton platform, and there is something for just about everyone. Whether you prefer running, riding, lifting, or simply taking a breath, the Peloton Live DJ Run headlining Thursday is just one of several classes worth marking on your calendar this week.
Highlighted Class of the Week: Peloton Live DJ Run with Adrian Williams

30 min Live DJ Run with Adrian Williams Thursday, April 16 at 5:30 PM ET
If you have ever wanted your Tread workout to feel like a night out, this is the class for you. The Live DJ Run pairs Adrian Williams with DJ John Michael, who blends electronic beats live while Adrian leads the session on the Tread. It is a 30-minute run that keeps the energy high from start to finish.
Three reasons to take this class:
- The music is mixed live. This is not a curated playlist dropped into a standard run class. DJ John Michael mixes the music live during the session, creating an atmosphere that feels more like a party than a typical workout. That real-time energy makes a genuine difference in how a run feels.
- Adrian Williams brings both challenge and humor. Adrian is a competitive sprinter with a lighthearted coaching style, and his goal is to encourage members and bring joy through fitness. You will be pushed, but you will probably laugh too.
- It is 30 minutes and targets key muscle groups. The class focuses on your hamstrings, quads, and glutes, making it an efficient lower-body workout that fits into almost any schedule.

45 min My Mixtape Ride with Jenn Sherman Sunday, April 19 at 10:00 AM ET | 3:00 PM BST
Jenn Sherman’s My Mixtape Ride is a Peloton cycling staple. Each My Mixtape Ride features a new, themed playlist, and as you pedal through the session, you will engage your hamstrings, quads, and glutes. The class format is built around themed music, making it a strong option for those who love riding to a carefully curated soundtrack. This Sunday’s 45-minute session is a great way to cap off the week.
Power 60 with Logan Aldridge Tuesday, April 14 – On Demand at 12:00 AM ET | 5:00 AM BST
Logan Aldridge’s Power 60 is a full-body strength series on the Peloton platform. Logan is an adaptive training expert who teaches both strength classes and uniquely programmed standing and seated classes for athletes with varying physical abilities, and the Power 60 format reflects that approach: demanding, structured, and accessible to a range of fitness levels. If you are looking to add a solid strength session to your week, this is a well-built option.
10 min Daily Meditation: Breathing with Anna Greenberg Monday, April 13 – On Demand at 12:00 AM ET | 5:00 AM BST
Rounding out the week is a 10-minute breathing meditation with Anna Greenberg, available on demand first thing Monday morning. It is a practical reminder that Peloton’s content goes well beyond cardio and strength. If the week ahead feels busy, starting Monday with a focused breathing session is a low-barrier, high-value way to set the tone.
