Leanne Hainsby-Alldis Live Classes Return September 14

First cycling classes since welcoming son Ace confirmed for September

Leanne Hainsby-Alldis live classes return with Intervals and Arms Ride September 14

Leanne Hainsby-Alldis live classes are officially back on the Peloton live schedule, with her first two rides confirmed for September 14 and 15. The London-based instructor’s return follows months away after welcoming son Ace in December 2025, and members finally have exact dates to add to their calendars.

While Hainsby-Alldis was on leave, encore airings of her classes remained on the schedule, but September 14 marks her first live class taught since welcoming Ace. Her comeback ride is a 30 minute Intervals and Arms Ride at 3:00 a.m. ET (12:00 a.m. PT and 8:00 a.m. BST) on Monday, September 14. She follows it the next morning with a 30 minute Classic Rock ride on Tuesday, September 15, at 4:00 a.m. ET (1:00 a.m. PT and 9:00 a.m. BST). Both classes are listed as Cycling on the Peloton live schedule.

Leanne Hainsby-Alldis Live Classes Mark a Full Return

Hainsby-Alldis had said in her newsletter that she was officially back on the schedule, fully, from early September, promising cycling and barre classes once she returned. These first two rides confirm that timeline and give members something concrete after months of speculation about when Leanne Hainsby-Alldis live classes would rejoin the regular rotation.

She has taught with Peloton since 2018, when she and husband Ben Alldis became the brand’s first instructors based in the UK. Ben returned to the live schedule in March, roughly six months ahead of Leanne, whose leave stretched longer under the UK’s maternity provisions.

What to Expect From Her First Rides Back

Neither class on the schedule yet includes barre, though Hainsby-Alldis has said that discipline is part of her full return as well. While recovering, she leaned on low impact tread hikes to stay connected to the platform, describing even ten minutes as valuable during an unpredictable stretch with a newborn.

Members checking the Peloton live schedule can expect more Leanne Hainsby-Alldis live classes to populate the calendar as September continues.

Fans of Hainsby-Alldis have missed more than her rides. Her trademark “Yes to you” call, shouted through the screen to encourage members by name, has become a signature of her classes and the namesake of her YES TO YOU Crew community. That energy returns to the live schedule September 14, when members can once again hear her call their names in real time.
