Kirsten Ferguson Sharing the WELLth

Kirsten Ferguson at Fountain House May 19

Kirsten Ferguson is stepping off the platform and into a New York City conversation about mental health. The Peloton instructor is the featured guest at “Sharing the WELLth with Kirsten Ferguson,” an in-person event hosted by Fountain House at 425 West 47th Street in Manhattan on Tuesday, May 19, 2026, from 6:00 to 7:30 p.m.

The event is part of Fountain House’s 2026 Wellness Series, a program designed to bring together industry leaders and people living with serious mental illness for candid conversations about careers, wellness, and mental health. It takes place during Mental Health Awareness Month, observed every May across the United States.

Tickets are $20, with fees bringing the total to $23.18. They are available now through Eventbrite.

About the Event

Ferguson will be joined in conversation by Ros Gold-Onwude, an award-winning sports broadcaster, Fountain House board member, and co-founder of the original “Sharing the WELLth” series. Gold-Onwude co-hosts each event in the 2026 series while also sharing details from her own career journey.

The format pairs a featured speaker with a live Q&A, giving Fountain House members the opportunity to engage directly with guests. Light refreshments will be served. All proceeds go directly to Fountain House programs that provide community-based mental health support for people living with mental illness.

The “Sharing the WELLth” series was originally co-created by Fountain House member Annie and her sister Ros Gold-Onwude. Past guests have included Grammy-nominated musician Jidenna, Chief Brand Officer of the New York Liberty Shana Stephenson, Verzuz President and CEO Steve Pamon, and NBA All-Star Joakim Noah.

Kirsten Ferguson champions Mental Health Awareness

Kirsten Ferguson and Mental Health

Ferguson’s participation fits a pattern of Peloton instructors bringing mental health conversations into their public work. Peloton has leaned into Mental Health Awareness Month programming across its full class library this May, with Ferguson among the instructors contributing to that effort. For more on what Peloton is offering this month, see TCO’s coverage of Peloton’s Mental Health Awareness classes.

If the “Sharing the WELLth” conversation sparks an interest in mental health support beyond the event, TCO’s guide on how to find a mental health therapist is a practical starting point.

The May 19 event with Kirsten Ferguson is open to the public. Tickets and full details are available on the Eventbrite event page. Will you be checking out this event?
