The Kirsten Ferguson book launch is set for Tuesday, November 10 at 4:00 p.m. ET at Peloton Studios New York, and the whole family is invited. Peloton instructor Kirsten Ferguson is celebrating her debut children’s book, From A to Z: This Is Me! An Empowering Alphabet for Young Girls, with a two-hour evening that includes a conversation, crafts, and a reading led by her daughters. Every ticket includes a signed copy of the book.

A Family-First Kirsten Ferguson Book Launch

Peloton describes the evening as a celebration for families, kids of all ages, and Peloton Members. Dr. Chelsea Jackson Roberts will host. The program includes a fireside chat with Kirsten, a special reading by her daughters Eden and Emery, hands-on craft stations, treats, and photo ops. Guests are encouraged to arrive ready to move, create, and find a mantra of their own.

The book is a family project. The cover credits Kirsten, Eden, and Emery Ferguson as co-authors, so the Kirsten Ferguson book launch is as much the girls’ night as it is their mom’s. The Clip Out first covered the book when preorders opened in July.

The Schedule at Peloton Studios New York

The event runs from 4:00 to 6:00 p.m. ET. Peloton has laid out the evening in four parts.

• 4:00 p.m., Arrival and Check-In: Families pick up their signed copy of From A to Z: This Is Me! at the door and find their seats.

• 4:10 to 4:15 p.m., Grounding Meditation: Dr. Chelsea Jackson Roberts leads a five-minute family meditation with Kirsten, Eden, and Emery. The session gives parents and kids a moment to slow down, focus on their breath, and set an intention for the night.

• 4:15 to 4:30 p.m., Fireside Chat: Dr. Chelsea Jackson Roberts and Kirsten talk through the story behind the book. Then Eden and Emery take the mic to read their favorite lines.

• 4:30 to 6:00 p.m., Play, Create, and Connect: The studio becomes an open creative space. Kids can design bracelets and color affirmation posters, and families can pose together for a personalized live drawing.

Opening with a meditation ties the Kirsten Ferguson book launch to the mindfulness side of Peloton. Meditation, yoga, and stretching are part of the library alongside strength, running, and cardio.

A Week of Giveaways Leading Up to the Kirsten Ferguson Book Launch

To qualify, participants must follow @atozthisisme and @iamkirstenferguson. Three winners will be announced on November 10, the same day as the Kirsten Ferguson book launch. The first entry asked followers to finish the sentence “I am…” in the comments with one way they empowered themselves that day. Kirsten noted that “I am” statements are a favorite in their house.

From Peloton Instructor to Published Author

Members know Kirsten Ferguson as a Peloton instructor whose work also extends beyond the studio. Earlier this year she hosted the Business of Women’s Sports Summit in New York City. The book’s format will also feel familiar to anyone who has taken her Intention Setting Sunday classes, a series built around affirmations. The Kirsten Ferguson book launch adds “author” to that list and brings her daughters into the spotlight with her.

The event is built around the book’s core idea. Each ticket comes with a signed copy, and kids spend part of the evening coloring affirmation posters. Families leaving Peloton Studios New York on November 10 will have taken part in the Kirsten Ferguson book launch and practiced the book’s message in their own words.
