Kirra shared a post to Instagram after the weekend wrapped, writing that her heart was “BEYOND FULL” and describing the experience as a reminder of why she loves what she does. “It reignited the spark in my heart,” she wrote. “To teach, to connect, to share the dharma, to listen, to learn, to share the practice of yoga.”

Kirra Michel Telluride Schedule Overview
The Kirra Michel Telluride sessions opened Thursday, June 25, with Flip the Script: An Inversions Immersion at 9:00 a.m. MDT. Friday brought two classes: Slow Burn, Power Flow at 10:00 a.m. and Strong Spine, Open Heart at 2:00 p.m. Saturday’s slot was Elevate Your Practice at 8:00 a.m., and the weekend closed Sunday with Function and Flow: Yoga in Action at 10:00 a.m.
The range of formats reflects what Peloton members already know from Kirra’s platform catalog: technical inversion work, strength-and-flow combinations, spinal health focus, and functional movement. Her festival bio, pulled directly from the event’s sched.com page, describes her classes as blending “mindful movement, inversions, functional mobility, and intentional flow with yogic philosophy and dharma-inspired guidance.”
For members who have worked through her Peloton programming, including Elevate Your Practice and The Approach: Path to Inversion, the session titles will read as familiar. The Telluride festival offered a special opportunity to practice with her in a live, in-person setting, in the beauty of nature.

Kristin McGee Rounds Out a Familiar Lineup
Kristin McGee, who left Peloton in July 2025 after six years on the platform and has since launched Kristin McGee Movement, was also a featured presenter.
Her Friday schedule included Strong + Supple: A Yoga Flow for Hips, Core, and Longevity, co-led with Brendan Forrest at 10:00 a.m. MDT, followed by Flow + Core: A Yoga and Pilates Blend at noon. Saturday opened with Sunrise Yoga: Gentle Flow, Breath, and Intention at 8:00 a.m., followed by a 1:00 p.m. appearance at the WordFlow Book Signing and Book Fair alongside a roster of other presenters. She closed Saturday with Hips + Hamstrings: Strength, Mobility, and Release at 2:00 p.m. Sunday’s final session was Restorative Reset: A Practice for Deep Rest and Renewal at 2:00 p.m.
McGee’s festival bio notes her three decades in the fitness and wellness space and credits her with helping pioneer Peloton’s yoga and Pilates program. She has remained active since her departure, releasing two books and joining Tonal as a guest instructor.
Kirra Michel’s Telluride Experience and What Comes Next
The Telluride appearance is not Kirra’s only off-platform event this summer. She is also scheduled to teach three sessions at the Love Shine Play Festival in Asheville, North Carolina, July 23-26, 2026. That festival also carries limited-capacity sessions, so early registration is the practical move for members hoping to practice with her in person.
