Anna Greenberg’s path to Peloton started with her own yoga practice. She’s described the first time she felt a real switch turn on inside her, and from there built a career as a teacher trainer, workshop leader, and instructor in New York City before joining Peloton in 2019. Her teaching style blends movement and music, and members often point to her sequencing as the thing that sets her classes apart.

Her signature format is Yoga + Pilates, which debuted in January 2025 and quickly became one of the platform’s more popular combo class types. In September 2025, the format got a four-part refresh built around deep core work, adding new music pairings (90s tracks for the Pilates sections, deep house for yoga) and a shared prop, the overball, across both halves of class. She also built out the Self-Care Retreat, an 8-day program in the Programs tab that pairs restorative and power yoga, meditation, and a core-focused Focus Flow into a single guided week, and she has an established Prenatal & Postnatal Collection dating back to her first pregnancy.

That personal and platform history came together in 2026. On June 13, Anna announced on Instagram that she and her husband are expecting their second child, due in fall 2026, sharing the news with a photo of son Noah in a “Big Brother” shirt. On July 20, Peloton debuted Peloton Prenatal Pilates, its first dedicated Pilates series built specifically for expecting members, with all five classes led by Anna, adding a fourth pillar to Peloton’s pregnancy programming alongside her existing prenatal yoga and meditation content.
