Instagram Live with Dr. Zeke Emanuel

Monday, April 20 | 3pm ET | @pelotonjenn on Instagram

Sherman went live on Instagram with Dr. Zeke Emanuel, a Penn professor, bioethicist, oncologist, and New York Times bestselling author of Eat Your Ice Cream: Six Simple Rules for a Long and Healthy Life. The conversation centered on social connection as a measurable health factor — a topic Sherman ties directly to her #BackNineEra platform.

Her argument is straightforward: as you get older, connection becomes more critical, not less. It belongs in the same conversation as movement and nutrition.

About Dr. Zeke Emanuel:

  • Penn professor, bioethicist, and oncologist
  • Former health policy adviser to President Obama
  • New York Times bestselling author of Eat Your Ice Cream: Six Simple Rules for a Long and Healthy Life
  • His book makes the scientific case for social connection, purpose, and community as genuine longevity factors

Dear FoundHer on Tour with Sunny + Jenn

Wednesday, April 22 | 7–9pm | Roslyn, NY

Sherman also appeared at a live event in Roslyn, NY as part of the Dear FoundHer on Tour with Sunny + Jenn series. The evening was moderated by Lindsay Pinchuk, award-winning entrepreneur and host of the Dear FoundHer podcast — a How I Built This-style show built specifically for women entrepreneurs over 40.

Sherman appeared alongside her longtime best friend and business partner Pam Sunshine, known online as Sunny, of the @sunnyandjenn brand and podcast.

What the evening covered:

  • Navigating life’s post-40 pivots
  • Career reinvention and building something new on your own terms
  • Wellness, perimenopause, and staying relevant
  • The “JFDI” mindset — a philosophy Sherman and Pinchuk have championed together for years

This is well-established ground for Sherman and Pinchuk. Jenn’s debut on Dear FoundHer — an episode titled “JFDI: Motivating Yourself to Just F*ing Do It” — became the most downloaded episode in the podcast’s history. The Roslyn stop was the second date of a two-city April tour, following Atlanta on April 16.

About Dear FoundHer:

  • Hosted by Lindsay Pinchuk, award-winning entrepreneur and community builder
  • Ranked in the top 0.5% of podcasts globally
  • Focuses on real stories from female founders and entrepreneurs over 40
