Power Up with Hannah’s Power Zone Endurance Ride: This Week at Peloton
Hannah Frankson’s 60-Minute Power Zone Endurance Ride and More: This Week at Peloton (April 20–26)
The week of April 20 brings a well-rounded mix of classes across the Peloton platform, and the Power Zone Endurance Ride headlining Saturday is the one to put on your calendar. Whether you are on the Bike, the Tread, or the mat this week, there is a class here ready for you.

Highlighted Class of the Week: Peloton Power Zone Endurance Ride with Hannah Frankson

60 min Power Zone Endurance Ride with Hannah Frankson Saturday, April 25 at 7:00 AM ET | 12:00 PM BST
Hannah Frankson brings her signature coaching style to a full 60-minute Power Zone Endurance Ride this Saturday, and it is well worth setting the alarm for. She helps riders find confidence to do things that are harder than they might want to do, without making them feel like they are not doing enough. That quality is particularly valuable across a 60-minute endurance session, where her matter-of-fact style of coaching keeps the work focused from start to finish.
Three reasons to take this class:
- It is a full hour of purposeful work. The endurance format targets zones 2 and 3, making this a strong option whether you are building your aerobic base or maintaining the fitness you have already put in.
- Hannah delivers structure and confidence. Her coaching approach gives riders a clear framework to work within without the pressure of chasing numbers at the expense of form or feel.
- Saturday morning is the perfect time for it. A 7 AM ET start means you can get a full 60-minute ride done and still have your day ahead of you.
