Gute Nacht Yoga Collection Brings 100 Restful Classes
Peloton expands its German-language sleep yoga library with a full collection led by Nico Sarani.
Peloton has turned its single sleep yoga class into a full library. The new Gute Nacht Yoga Collection gathers 100 classes from Peloton instructor Nico Sarani, all built around the same idea: wind down before bed with a gentle, German-language practice that calms the body before sleep.
The original class debuted in April as a single 30-minute session. The Gute Nacht Yoga Collection builds on that launch with a full set of yoga flows, focus flows, and recovery work, all taught in German by Nico.

What’s Inside the Gute Nacht Yoga Collection
The collection runs from 10 minutes to 45 minutes, giving members a range of options depending on how much time they have before bed. Some sessions are paired as two-for-one classes, combining a yoga flow with a stretch or mobility segment back to back.
Sample classes inside it include a 30-minute sleep yoga flow, a 30-minute beginner Yoga Flow, a 10-minute Focus Flow for the wrists, a 20-minute beginner Evening Slow Flow, a 20-minute Yin Yoga session, and a 20-minute intermediate Focus Flow for the core. Each class sits at a beginner or intermediate level, making the lineup approachable regardless of experience with yoga.
Nico Sarani Leads Every Class
Peloton instructor Nico Sarani leads every class in the collection. She joined Peloton in spring 2021 as the platform’s first German-language yoga instructor, and her catalog has grown to include Slow Flows, Yin Yoga, meditation, and foam rolling. The timing lines up with another milestone. Nico recently marked five years with Peloton, a moment the platform celebrated with its own dedicated Greatest Hits Collection. This new sleep-focused library sits alongside that body of work as a natural complement to it.
Members already familiar with the original class will recognize the format. The expanded lineup extends that same approach, gently warming and calming the body before settling into rest, across a much wider range of class lengths and styles.
Where to Find the Gute Nacht Yoga Collection
The Gute Nacht Yoga Collection is available now on the Peloton app and connected devices. Members can browse the full set of classes directly from Nico’s instructor profile or by searching the German-language yoga library. No additional equipment is required beyond a mat, making it accessible to any member with an active subscription.
For German-speaking members building an evening routine, this collection gives them a full library to rotate through rather than a single class to repeat. With options as short as 10 minutes and as long as 45, plus the two-for-one sessions for nights that call for a longer wind-down, it covers most versions of what an evening practice could look like.
