Greta Dopp Coming Home Photo Shoot Celebrates Canada
The Greta Dopp Coming Home shoot gives Peloton’s first Canadian instructor a new kind of spotlight, and she is describing it in her own words. Dopp shared on Instagram that she photographed for Glory Media’s Coming Home series, a project built to celebrate Canadian talent and give artists space to tell their stories.

The post mixes pride with disbelief. Dopp wrote that she was kicking her feet and giggling at the idea of being called Canadian talent, and that she is still star struck by the experience. She called the shoot a privilege.
How the Greta Dopp Coming Home Shoot Came Together
Coming Home is a portrait lounge that Glory Media hosted at The Annex Hotel in Toronto during the Toronto International Film Festival. Glory says the lounge celebrates Canadian artists, filmmakers, and creators, and aims to make space for their stories to be seen, supported, and honored at home.
Glory Media is a Toronto-based publication that calls itself Canada’s go-to destination for entrepreneurial, sports, and luxury lifestyle content. Its coverage spans business, fashion, culture, and travel, and its platforms include print, video, a podcast network, and live events.
Dopp listed the team behind her session. Neil-Anthony Watson served as photographer and co-creator, and Tabitha Vallierie as executive producer and co-creator. Ayodele Mzilikazi was lighting director, Tania Habibb was director of photography, and Liv Tsai handled hair. Dopp noted that she did her own makeup. The Annex Hotel hosted, Quartz & Canary was the jewelry partner, and they shared the reel below wherein Greta chose her jewelry.

What Dopp Shared About Her Roots
Dopp shared that she is “so proud to be a Canadian-Thai woman.” She noted that she is technically a first generation immigrant because she was born in Thailand, and she said her roots make her who she is.
She also reflected on how much her Canadian identity keeps her grounded. In her telling, it shapes how she moves through the world, connects with people, and shows up, and the farther she gets from home, the more Canadian she feels. The Greta Dopp Coming Home post is a personal reflection first and a credit list second.
That theme runs through her recent press. Dopp told SWAGGER Magazine that being Canadian shapes how she teaches, and her VITA Daily profile described the warmth and humility she associates with Canadians. The Kit covered her upbringing in Collingwood, Ontario, and the VITA Daily profile followed her path from Squamish, British Columbia, to Peloton Studios New York. Dopp teaches yoga, Pilates, and Sculpt Flow on Peloton.

Quartz & Canary Shares Its Side of the Shoot
Quartz & Canary, a Toronto jeweler, posted a reel on September 19 about connecting with Dopp for Coming Home. The brand noted that she made history as Peloton’s first Canadian instructor. Her connection to the brand is its Connected Bamboo Tennis Bracelet in Peridot. Quartz & Canary described Dopp as grateful, loving, and supportive, and said the team was glad to work with her as part of Coming Home.
The reel gives the Greta Dopp Coming Home shoot a fun jewelry angle. Dopp commented on the post that she is obsessed with hers, and on-screen text in the reel references peridot, aquamarine, and garnet pieces.
Watch for the Greta Dopp Coming Home Feature
Glory Media has not published a Greta Dopp Coming Home feature as of September 29, 2026. Its Stephan James feature ran September 17 and its Jay Baruchel feature ran September 22, so the series is still producing coverage.
