Good Morning America Appearance for Kirsten Ferguson and her Daughters For Book Launch

Good Morning America Hosts Kirsten Ferguson and Daughters

Last Updated: November 6, 2026By

Peloton Tread instructor Kirsten Ferguson brought her daughters, Eden and Emery, to GMA3, the afternoon companion to Good Morning America, on Friday, November 6. The family shared their co-authored picture book, “From A to Z: This Is Me! An Empowering Alphabet for Young Girls,” days before it reaches shelves on Tuesday, November 10.

ABC listed the segment on its GMA3 guest schedule for the week of November 2 to 6, naming Kirsten as a fitness instructor and author and Eden and Emery as her guests. It is a national television moment from the Good Morning America team for a book written by a mother and her two daughters, and it arrives as Kirsten closes out one of the busiest years of her career.

Kirsten posted a behind-the-scenes reel from the visit on Instagram. It shows Eden and Emery getting ready backstage and the segment playing on studio monitors from the set. Her caption says she is “SO proud” of them.

The appearance on Good Morning America put all three co-authors in front of a national audience. According to the book’s author biography, Eden is 10 and enjoys dance and volleyball, while Emery is 9 and plays soccer. The same biography says affirmations are part of the girls’ daily routine, along with speaking kindly to themselves in the mirror. Kirsten described that habit in an interview with The Manual, saying she asks her daughters for their affirmation of the day before morning drop-off.

What the Book Offers Young Readers

The hardcover runs 32 pages, is published by Mascot Kids, and is aimed at readers ages 4 to 8. The alphabet moves from Amazing at A to Zig & Zag at Z, and each letter carries an affirmation meant to help girls trust their voices and believe in themselves.

The Clip Out first covered the book when preorders opened in July. Kirsten announced it on Instagram with a video captioned “This is our why,” and fellow instructors Robin Arzon, Selena Samuela, Tunde Oyeneyin, and Joslyn Thompson Rule left early comments. The book also has its own Instagram account, @atozthisisme, and Kirsten says the purchase link is in her Instagram bio.

A Full Year Behind Kirsten Ferguson

Members know Kirsten as a Peloton Tread instructor and the creator of Intention Setting Sunday, a class series built around affirmations. Her 2026 has extended well beyond the studio. In March she took the stage at a Saucony event ahead of the Philly Love Run and ran a personal best at the United Airlines NYC Half. In April she returned as host of the Business of Women’s Sports Summit, and in May she was the featured guest at a Fountain House mental health event in New York.

Running shaped the second half of the year. Kirsten confirmed her Chicago Marathon entry in July at an event with Jess Sims, then ran a personal best at the Bank of America Chicago Marathon on October 11, as covered in The Clip Out’s Peloton instructors race weekend recap. Three days later, her Peloton Preventative Health Walk with Northwestern Medicine’s Dr. Dinee Simpson debuted as the first class in a new partnership. On Saturday, November 7, she leads a free community run in Chicago with Becs Gentry as part of the Gratitude Season Tour, celebrating Pelomoms.

From Good Morning America to Launch Day at PSNY

The Good Morning America visit sets up a busy week. After the Chicago run, Kirsten and her daughters celebrate release day with a two-hour book launch at Peloton Studios New York on November 10, hosted by Dr. Chelsea Jackson Roberts. The program includes a fireside chat, a reading by Eden and Emery, craft stations, and a signed copy of the book with every ticket.

For a project with three names on the cover, the week puts Eden and Emery at the front of the story, from a national broadcast on Good Morning America to a reading in front of Peloton Members.

My daily therapy is provided by Peloton and I truly believe that movement is medicine. I don't discriminate - bike, tread, yoga, strength, pilates and a ton of meditation. By day, I am a psychotherapist and director of a large counseling center in NJ. I am particularly passionate about women's mental health, especially in midlife. By night, I am a mom to 2 dachshunds and a scruffy mutt and wife to a chiropractor that keeps us all moving (yes, that includes the dogs!). Besides Peloton, I am obsessed with hard rock (think Octane on Sirius), Law and Order everything and a good thriller. Find me on the Peloton leaderboard at #JustAskForHelp.
