Peloton instructor Emma Lovewell stepped off the platform and into a ballroom on earlier this month, on May 13, serving as keynote speaker at the Valley Health System Foundation’s Women for Health annual luncheon in New Jersey. This organization “is a women’s giving circle making a difference throughout Valley Health System. Donors pool their social and philanthropic resources, each committing to an annual gift of at least $1,000. Once a year, members hear and evaluate presentations on different Valley programs and services, and then collectively select a recipient to support” according to their website.
Lovewell shared the news on her Instagram, writing that she spent the morning with the Women for Health group and described the experience as inspiring. She noted it was one of the busiest book-signing sessions she has had since her memoir first came out. Her book, Live Learn Love Well: Lessons From a Life of Progress Not Perfection, was published in 2023. The luncheon appearance gave attendees a chance to connect with Lovewell directly and get their copies signed.
The keynote adds to a growing list of speaking engagements Lovewell has taken on outside the Peloton studio. Earlier this year, she delivered a keynote at the California Association of Directors of Activities conference, and she has made multiple national television appearances in recent years, including a segment on ABC News Live Weekend to discuss her Crush Your Core program on Peloton.
We love to see Emma Lovewell and the other Peloton instructors out and about, inspiring others and taking inspiration in community engagement.
