Dr Becky Joins Robin Arzon for Live Peloton Class Oct. 15
Dr Becky Brings Parenting Expertise to Robin Arzon Class
Clinical psychologist Becky Kennedy joins Robin for a 30-minute live conversation about motherhood and more – during class

Dr Becky joins Robin Arzon in the studio on Thursday, October 15, at 1:30 PM ET for a 30-minute live Peloton class built around an on-the-Bike conversation about motherhood and more.

Who Is Dr Becky?
On the Good Inside website, Becky Kennedy describes herself as a clinical psychologist, mom of three, and founder of Good Inside. Members who follow parenting content know her as Dr Becky. She writes that she started out practicing a behavior-first, reward-and-punishment model of parent coaching, then noticed those methods felt awful for kids and parents alike.
She says she then drew on attachment, mindfulness, emotion regulation, and internal family systems theory to build a new method for working with parents. After seeing hundreds of families in her clinical practice, she realized that kids arrive with a full range of emotions and without the skills to manage them. Good Inside was her answer to that gap.
The company’s stated focus is the parent behind the parenting and the child behind the behavior. Its Good Inside Method is a five-step framework: chaos, understand, sturdy moment, repair, and reset. In 2020, Kennedy teamed with Erica Belsky, also a clinical psychologist and mom of three, to grow the company, which now has a team of more than a dozen.
Good Inside also runs a parenting app that covers pregnancy through age 18.
Robin Arzon on Parenting
Robin serves as vice president of fitness programming and head instructor at Peloton, and her parenting work has run alongside that role. She announced the children’s picture book Strong Mama in June 2021 as a letter to her daughter Athena, written while she was pregnant. The book became a New York Times bestseller. Her follow-up, Strong Baby, arrived in February 2023 and pairs a baby’s first physical milestones with Robin’s mantras.

Parenting has also surfaced on her podcast. Episode listings for Project Swagger show installments on motherhood, including one titled Thoughts Mothers Aren’t Allowed to Say Out Loud. Another listing describes parenting tactics Robin and her husband use to teach their kids agency and resilience.
At SXSW in 2026, Robin also shared parenting advice from Eva Longoria that she adopted on the spot, as The Clip Out reported.
Why Robin Might Be Bringing Dr Becky Into the Studio
Peloton’s preview did not say why Dr Becky was chosen for the class. The pairing does line up with parenting threads Robin has returned to in her books, on her podcast, and in public appearances. Both women also speak publicly as mothers.
Robin has said that kids absorb everything, a point she made when describing Strong Mama to Publishers Weekly. Dr Becky’s work starts from a related idea, that kids need help building skills for the emotions they are born with. A class conversation between the two puts those perspectives in one place.
How to Take the Class With Dr Becky
The 30-minute live class takes place on Thursday, October 15, at 1:30 PM ET. Members who cannot join at that time can take it on demand once it is available. Peloton’s preview describes the session as a conversation in the studio, with Robin and her guest on the Bike.
Peloton has not shared which parenting topics the conversation will cover beyond motherhood. Will you be clipping in for this unique conversation?
