Denis Morton at PSL is a Sam Yo Reunion
Denis Morton at PSL: The Classes You Can’t Miss (and the One You Will)
A weekend of Rock Rides, a foyer yoga class that will never stream, and a reunion with Sam Yo mark his first visit to London this summer.
Denis Morton at PSL headlines one of the more layered instructor visits Peloton Studios London has hosted this summer, teaching four classes across three days, including one that will never make it to the app.

A Foyer Yoga Class That Won’t Ever Stream
Saturday’s 10:00 AM session takes place in the Foyer Space rather than a studio, and as such, it will not be recorded for the platform. That makes it a rare case of a class existing only for the members standing on the mat that morning. On the most recent episode of The Clip Out podcast, Crystal and Tom spoke about this in more detail.
The Foyer Space has become one of PSL’s more interesting stories over the past year. When Peloton pulled live Sunday classes from London’s schedule and leaned on foyer sessions instead, member pushback eventually led the studio to restore Sunday programming while keeping the foyer sessions members had grown to enjoy. Since then, the space has hosted everything from free Pilates and wellness pop-ups to classes like this that will never touch the app and live on the ‘gram and in members memories.
The present-moment feel is part of the appeal. A class with no on-demand afterlife means the only way to experience it with the community who shows up, a point echoed in our own coverage of Mariana Fernández’s invite-only Run and Flow event in New York recently. There, part of the excitement came from being part of something special that would not repeat. On the most recent episode of The Clip Out podcast, Crystal and Tom spoke about this in more detail.

The Denis Morton and Sam Yo Connection Goes Back to NYC
Sunday’s Two For One Classic Rock Ride pairs Denis Morton at PSL with London-based instructor Sam Yo, and it is not the pair’s first moment together this year. When Sam brought his book tour to Peloton Studios New York in May, Denis moderated the fireside chat and hosted Sam at his apartment while he was in the city, a detail that has since become one of the more memorable footnotes of the tour’s early stops.
What meditative life lessons will these two share in the ride? Members are anxiously awaiting their wisdom… and probably some Beatles tunes!
Sam’s own week is stacked, too. His PSL book celebration for The Monk’s Mindset lands the same Sunday afternoon, giving London members a chance to see both instructors in the same 24-hour stretch.
On the most recent episode of The Clip Out, Crystal pointed to the foyer yoga class as one of the more interesting stories tucked into a busy week, noting how often Denis Morton at PSL will teach a class that exists for one morning only, for the people who happened to book it.
Whether members catch him on the bike for 90s and 80s throwbacks or standing in the foyer for a class that never reaches the platform, Denis Morton at PSL turns three days in London into a visit worth planning a schedule around.
