Club Peloton Live Class Launches 1st Strength Class
Club Peloton Live Class Debuts 20-Minute Strength Session
Ben Alldis leads a Chest & Back Strength class exclusive to Champion and Legend members on September 7.
Peloton has scheduled its next Club Peloton Live Class for Monday, September 7 at 9:30 a.m. ET, and this one moves the program into new territory. Ben Alldis will lead a 20-minute Chest & Back Strength class, a departure from the cycling, running, and walking formats that have defined Club Peloton Live Class events since the program launched in December 2025.

The class is unlocked for members at the Champion tier and above, meaning both Champion and Legend members will see it added to their schedule with the Club Peloton icon and an “Unlocked” label. Members below Champion status will not see the class listed and will not have live access. As with prior sessions, it will not appear on Peloton’s website schedule, only within the app or on connected hardware.
How Club Peloton Live Class Access Has Shifted
Club Peloton Live Class access has moved unpredictably since the program began. The first event, a ride with Robin Arzón, was restricted to Legend members only. Cody Rigsby’s class that followed opened to Champion members, and Charlotte Weidenbach’s EDM ride in February extended access to Silver members and above. More recently, Peloton has set minimum thresholds rather than cascading access further down the tier ladder, including a Gold-and-above requirement for Denis Morton and Becs Gentry’s classes.
Ben’s September 7 class returns to a higher bar, requiring Champion status or better. For a full breakdown of how Club Peloton points and tiers work, The Clip Out’s tier guide covers the complete structure.
What to Expect From the Class
The Chest & Back Strength format is a familiar one for Ben Alldis, who has taught multiple versions of it in Peloton’s on-demand library. This live edition follows the same pattern set by every prior Club Peloton Live Class: once the broadcast ends, the class moves into the general on-demand library, where it becomes available to all members regardless of tier.
Members who qualify can find the class in the schedule tab of the latest Peloton app or on connected hardware.
Peloton has changed which tier unlocks a Club Peloton Live Class nearly every time one is announced, and pairing that unpredictability with a strength format signals the program is expanding well beyond its cycling roots.
