Bradley Rose Pre-Show Request: 8 Topics Members Suggest (So Far)

Bradley asked for suggestions ahead of a recent Ride, and members responded with everything from loud chewers to pumpkin season.

The Bradley Rose pre-show for his September 29, 2026 20 Minute Low Impact & Arms Ride opened with a request for members: PLEASE send him topics to talk about. In a bit of banter where he shared he was tired, Bradley joked that he will overthink every suggestion, then take the best ones right up to the line where he might get fired for being cheeky.

He is kidding, more or less. The clip also shows Bradley admitting to a long night, and with his son Grayson at home, we suspect parenting played a part. But it got us thinking…

How Members Answered the Bradley Rose Pre-Show

The request for topic suggestions spread through an Instagram post from the fan account Bradleyisms, which carried a note asking members to send their thoughts and suggestions to Bradley directly on IG @bradley_rose23.

Initial commenters answered the Bradley Rose pre-show call within hours. Suggestions ranged from slow walkers versus loud chewers to romantasy books such as Fourth Wing and ACOTAR (right up Selena Samuela’s alley!). Others proposed gentle parenting compared with the way many of us were raised, and protein showing up in everything, popcorn included.

One member offered a Persian cat’s long fur and asked whether other pets deal with the same mess. Another asked for more on inflation and the cost of things, noting they enjoyed his earlier rants on the subject. Gratitude and pumpkin season rounded out the list (should we even start on who thinks PSL means Pumpkin Spice Latte and who thinks it means Peloton Studios London?).

How Instructors Find Something to Say Every Day

The Bradley Rose pre-show request made us wonder how instructors come up with things to talk about class during class. Talking through a full workout, again and again, takes a steady supply of material. For Bradley, the demand runs in two directions. He also hosts a weekly podcast, Relatable with the Roses, available on Apple Podcasts and Spotify, with his wife, Sophia Parra. If you follow our Instructor Podcast Updates, you know that we always include their topics in that biweekly roundup, and they sure do have a lot to say.

Their podcast show also leans on audience input through its Dear Roses episodes, which take on listener questions about relationships, money, and family. Class tangents feed it too. One episode description traces a full conversation back to a question Bradley asked during a Peloton class about how a bird builds a nest. Oh, Bradley!

Could the Bradley Rose Pre-Show Request Lead to More?

Nothing in the clip says whether this is a one-off from a tired dad just grasping at straws for content ideas or the start of something new. The closest comparison is Matty Maggiacomo’s Walk and Talk, a pop culture format that takes the topics members request. This year, the series went on a summer break, and The Clip Out reported a full relaunch planned for October. It’s coming! Matty posts on his own Instagram when he is looking for weekly topics that members want to discuss, then he curates his commentary in the upcoming class around those submissions.

If the Bradley Rose pre-show topic call turns into a regular feature, members would gain another place to steer the conversation. Bradley has not said that is the plan, but we are here for whatever he wants to do.
