Bike Bootcamp Schedule Shifts: 2 New Live Days

Live Bike Bootcamp classes move to Tuesdays and Fridays at 6:30 AM ET starting September 29

Bike Bootcamp schedule is shifting both its days and its time. The previous slots, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 8:00 AM ET, were not consistently live, though many aired on schedule. Starting Tuesday, September 29, live Bike Bootcamp classes move to Tuesdays and Fridays at 6:30 AM ET (11:30 AM BST), keeping the format at two live sessions a week.

The updated Bike Bootcamp schedule keeps the same weekly frequency while moving to an earlier, different pairing of days, a shift that may suit members who prefer to get live classes done before the workday starts. Bike Bootcamp pairs time on the bike with strength intervals on the floor, and the format has become one of the more efficient full body workouts on the platform. The Clip Out has covered the format before, including how members are using it to mix cardio and strength into a single session.

The change also lands as Peloton continues to build out its live class calendar across disciplines, from Tread and Row to Strength and Yoga, rather than concentrating live programming on the Bike alone.

Who Currently Teaches Bike Bootcamp

Peloton has not specified which instructors will lead the new Tuesday and Friday time slots. The current Bike Bootcamp roster includes Rad Lopez, Jess Sims, Tunde Oyeneyin and Cody Rigsby, with Cliff Dwenger leading the German language offering, though it is not yet confirmed whether all of them will appear in the updated live schedule.

Spanish language Bike Bootcamp classes are not yet part of the rotation. Members have expressed hope that Rad will add Spanish sessions down the line, though Peloton has not confirmed any plans for that expansion.

For now, the move to two live Bike Bootcamp classes a week at a new time gives members more flexibility to catch the format live, and it signals continued investment in the discipline across both the Bike and Bike+ lineup.
