The Big Retreat Festival: Peloton Schedule May 22-24
Ben Alldis, Bradley Rose, and Joslyn Thompson Rule lead classes and talks across three days in May.
Peloton is the Connected Wellness Partner for the Big Retreat Festival 2026, bringing a three-day schedule of live classes and Talk Tent sessions with Ben Alldis, Bradley Rose, and Joslyn Thompson Rule. The Big Retreat Festival runs May 22 to 24 in Lawrenny, Pembrokeshire, Wales, set within the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park. The Peloton lineup spans strength, mobility, cardio, and movement across both the Main Stage and Studio venues.

Full 4 day (Friday-Monday) tickets are sold out, but limited single day tickets are still available at thebigretreatfestival.com.

- Talk Tent with Bradley Rose at 3:00 PM
Saturday, May 23
- 30 min Bodyweight Strength with Joslyn Thompson Rule at 9:00 AM (Studio)
- 20 min Full Body Mobility with Ben Alldis at 3:00 PM (Main Stage)
- Talk Tent with Ben Alldis, Bradley Rose, and Joslyn Thompson Rule at 4:00 PM
Sunday, May 24
- 30 min Warm Up and Mobility with Joslyn Thompson Rule at 10:00 AM (Main Stage)
- 30 min HIIT Cardio with Ben Alldis at 3:00 PM (Studio)
Ben Alldis and Joslyn Thompson Rule Lead the Weekend
Saturday is the heaviest day on the Big Retreat Festival schedule. It opens with a 30-minute Bodyweight Strength class with Joslyn Thompson Rule in the Studio at 9:00 AM, giving festival-goers an early start before the day fills up. Ben Alldis follows in the afternoon with a 20-minute Full Body Mobility class on the Main Stage at 3:00 PM, and then all three instructors come together for a Talk Tent session at 4:00 PM.
Sunday closes out the weekend with two classes. Joslyn Thompson Rule leads a 30-minute Warm Up and Mobility session on the Main Stage at 10:00 AM, and Ben Alldis wraps the Peloton programming with a 30-minute HIIT Cardio class in the Studio at 3:00 PM.
Bradley Rose opens the Peloton presence on Friday with a solo Talk Tent appearance at 3:00 PM. If day tickets are still available by the time you read this, that session is a low-commitment entry point into the weekend.
