Athlos 2026: Hannah Frankson’s Historic Night
Athlos 2026 Has Hannah Frankson In Her Element
The Peloton instructor and former competitive track athlete walked the red carpet and engaged with the pros at StoneX Stadium as Peloton’s guest for women’s track and field’s biggest night.

Peloton instructor Hannah Frankson spent the night of September 18 at Athlos 2026, the all-women track and field meet that took over StoneX Stadium in London. Frankson attended as Peloton’s guest for the event, trading her usual spot behind the Bike and Tread for a seat among a sport she once competed in at a national level.

Athlos 2026 marked the league’s first stop outside the United States after its debut in New York in 2025. The event brings together elite female athletes across seven disciplines, the 100m hurdles, long jump, 100m, mile, 400m, 800m, and 200m, with each event winner taking home the Tiffany & Co. crown and a share of $65,000 in prize money for first place. Peloton joined Nike, Cash App, and other brands as a partner for the London event.

Frankson marked the night on Instagram, writing, “What a night! Proud to represent Peloton at Athlos. Seven events, all women, one goal, chase the crown.” She began the evening on the red carpet, before taking her seat for the races (and engaging the crowds when not seated, in perfect Hannah fashion!).

A Track Career That Shaped Her Coaching
Frankson’s connection to the sport goes back long before Peloton. She grew up in Essex and identified triple jump as her event by her early teens, breaking the national record almost as soon as she was old enough to compete in the discipline. She spent the years leading into the 2012 London Olympics chasing a qualifying standard she ultimately missed, training through chronic tendonitis that left her in pain even sitting still.
That chapter did not end cleanly. Frankson moved through a Puma internship and then into spin instruction at London’s Boom Cycle before Peloton recruited her in 2019, following a nine-month audition process. The full arc, including the athletics career, the years that followed, and how it all led to her current classes, gets a detailed look in Frankson’s recent podcast appearance, where she walked through the road to Peloton in her own words.
Members who train with Frankson through her cycling rides, HIIT and Hills series, Power Zone classes, and Tread workouts will recognize the throughline. The discipline built on the track shows up in how she coaches now.

Joslyn Thompson Rule Watches From the Stands
Frankson was not the only familiar face at StoneX Stadium. Fellow Peloton instructor Joslyn Thompson Rule attended Athlos 2026 as well, watching from the stands with her kids. The two instructors’ presence, one on the red carpet and one cheering from the audience, gave Peloton members two different windows into the same night.
Peloton’s Growing Presence in Women’s Sports
Athlos was built around an athlete-ownership model led by Gabby Thomas, Sha’Carri Richardson, and Tara Davis-Woodhall, giving competing athletes a stake in the league itself. Peloton’s presence as a partner, and Frankson’s role representing the brand on site, fits a broader pattern of the company showing up around women’s sports and elite female athletes.
For Frankson personally, the night closed a kind of loop. A career that started on a track and detoured through heartbreak, injury, and a missed Olympic bid found her back on the sport’s biggest stage, this time as a guest rather than a competitor. She said as much in her own words on the podcast referenced above: every chapter she once considered a dead end became the thing that made the next one possible.
