Alex Toussaint To Dine For Episode Highlights

The Alex Toussaint To Dine For conversation follows this path from mopping floors to military school to reaching thousands of people through his Peloton classes. Alex also shares his own personal transformation, with motivation, consistency, and discipline as the themes.

He credits his mentor for giving him a shot and fueling his drive. Alex, author of Activate Your Greatness and co-founder of Feel Good Look Good Do Better, also offers hard-won advice on changing the energy of a room and finding a personal true North.

The show’s Instagram post, shared with Alex, frames creating energy in a room as a specific skill. It poses two questions from the episode: how to create the same dynamic energy and intensity with one person as in a large group, and how to make each individual in a large group feel seen and cared for.
