Aditi Shah Singing in a 1-Night Showcase
The Peloton instructor has been a vocalist for years. The showcase gave her the stage to prove it.
Aditi Shah singing in a live showcase surprised more than a few Peloton members. In a recent Instagram reel, the Peloton instructor revealed she performed a duet in a one-night showcase featuring South Asian Broadway talent, and that music has been part of her life for as long as she can remember.

Aditi Shah Singing Was the Result of a 2026 Promise to Herself

Shah framed the announcement around a personal commitment she made at the start of this year. “This year I decided I was going to say yes more, and to things that I love, and to things that feel scary,” she shared in a GRWM video posted ahead of a tech rehearsal. As a self-described introvert, she noted that many things feel scary before she does them.
She also shared more of her background than many fans may have known. Before joining Peloton, Shah worked as a full-time model and actor. But through all of it, music was the through-line. “I have been a vocalist. I’ve been singing for a really long time. Music is one of my happiest places,” she said.
She offered a philosophy that will resonate with anyone who has ever pursued something outside their day job. “The pursuit of excellence at something that you love does not have to be only because it is your career.”
A One-Night Showcase of South Asian Broadway Talent

The show was a one-night showcase featuring South Asian Broadway talent. Shah had been invited to participate the previous year but passed. True to her new commitment, she accepted this time. “Last year I said this year, so I’m doing it,” she said ahead of the performance.
Aditi Shah singing a duet on a live stage was the kind of full-circle moment she clearly did not take lightly. “I’m terrified, but it’s also so exciting,” she said before the show. “I can’t believe that this is how I’m getting back on stage.” She closed the video with a smile and a simple send-off: “Wish me luck.”

Shah has been stepping into a wider range of spaces beyond the Peloton platform for some time. She previously moderated a fireside chat and has been recognized for her wellness work through a feature with mindbodygreen. Aditi Shah singing on a Broadway stage is the latest example of a Peloton instructor who has never stopped saying yes to what scares her.
