Favorite Peloton Running class
05/28/2024 Lindsey Stirling Run with Becs Gentry
There’s no way this run could not have ended up in the Top 5! Joanna Davis summarized it perfectly: “Becs’ Lindsey Stirling run was my favorite of the week! As soon as I logged in and saw Lindsey was on the leaderboard, I had a feeling she was going to be in class and there she was! Becs was great and the whole production showing clips of Lindsey’s music videos was fantastic! Bravo to Peloton for trying something new – it was definitely engaging and the time FLEW by!” Karen Smith also loved this run, saying that she didn’t even know who Lindsey was before she took the run but “the music was amazing! Such a fun class, and it flew by!” Make sure to check out Becs and Lindsey’s amazing costumes, which mirrored the theme of one of Lindsey’s videos, by who else but the amazing Brittany Allen. This ride combined all the things we love about Peloton and we hope for many more classes like this!

Favorite Peloton Stretch
05/30/2024 Lower Body Stretch With Ross Rayburn
Ross, we’re just sayin’…. our bodies will decompose when you leave Peloton! Nikki Smith recommended this stretch, saying “If you’re a member of the Short Hamstring Club, then Ross’s Lower Body stretch from May 30, 2024 is the stretch you need in your life. Ross is at his biometrics best, giving stretch variations that allow you to actually get deeper into a stretch (and if you have short hamstrings, you know EXACTLY. How difficult that is) without making you feel like you’re going to rip your muscle in half. Me and my short hammies will be doing this one on repeat.”
-
Favorite Peloton Ride
05/30/2024 The Killers Ride with Emma Lovewell
Diana Volk picked this ride, saying she “liked how Emma doesn’t talk too much and lets you enjoy the music. She also picked the best tracks for you to give it your all and zone out. Loved it.” Other Peloton community members wholeheartedly agreed and Jackie Martin said she definitely plans to repeat this ride! With songs like “Human”, “Somebody Told Me”, and, of course “Mr. Brightside”, along with Emma’s joyous teaching style, this class is an easy one to love!
-
Favorite Peloton Yoga Class
05/22/2024 Focus Flow: Lower Body with Ross Rayburn
It was a two-fer for Ross this week on our Top 5. Amy Nance chose this class and said: “I am not usually a fan of Ross but I took this class anyway, trying to give him another chance. I’m glad I did. I’ve taken several yoga classes but this class was just what I needed. Ross gave explicit instruction on how to do the poses and exactly where you should be feeling it and gave options to get you where you needed to be. Very helpful in helping me understand my body and alignment. Two thumbs up.” A perfect score… and Ross would encourage us to hold those thumbs in perfect alignment!

Favorite Unstackable Run
Sometimes we want a class that leaves us in a puddle and washes all hope of a stack of extra classes away with it. We call those classes Unstackable, and we love hearing about our listeners’ Unstackable experiences.
05/25/2024 HIIT Run with Becs Gentry
Becs was busy this week and also gets two spots on our Top 5! While the aforementioned Lindsey Stirling run was doable for most and had some nice ebbs and flows, this HIIT run was not so gentle! Leslie Gray Colbert said she “was done after [this run]. But her programming makes it so doable you don’t realize how bad it was til it was over.” With a smile on her face the whole time, Becs pulled us through 35 minutes consisting of 47 different running movements, alternating bursts of energy with active recovery – no resting in this one for sure!
