Why you loved them!

Sometimes it’s hard to pick just one favorite, but these reviews make it easy! Here’s what the TCO Community had to say about their favorite classes from the last week.

Favorite Peloton Warm Up Ride (and Confidence Booster!)

1/18/2020 10 min FTP Warm Up Ride with Christine D’Ercole

We love hearing from other Members how Peloton helps build so much more than fitness. Listener Dallas Bauer shared with us this week how a simple 10-minute Warm Up Ride helped build her confidence—and accelerate her timeline on her January goal.

“Odd…but it was a FTP Warm Up, with Christine,” she said. “I am a Peloton newbie since very end of November and was looking for a short ride to go with the rest of my stack. I was intrigued when I saw the offering because my January goal is to be ready to complete a FTP Test and it scares me! 🤣 So I took the warm up after reading the description and am SO GLAD I did! Christine was great, and now I know what to expect and will likely take it this week instead of putting it off. So yeah, that class was the best of all the classes I took last week!”

If you’re new to Power Zone training, take a page from Dallas’ book and take this class as a little preview of what to expect from the oft-dreaded FTP Test. And if you’re an old Power Zone pro, but you’re avoiding updating your FTP, take a look at these tips on how to adjust to new zones.

Favorite Peloton Ride

11/26/2023 30 min Sundays with Love with Ally Love

Naomi Nguyen’s favorite class marks a turning point in her return to the Bike.

She shared, “I’m getting back into the bike after a very long time off. The class I loved this week was Ally’s Sundays With Love from November 26. It was the first class back where I felt like I was getting stronger and not just hurting through most of the class. I’m glad to be back.”

Coming back to any form of exercise after time away can feel defeating, but when the commitment starts to pay off, it feels so good! We’re here to celebrate that feeling with Naomi and everyone on that journey!

This class features a playlist of inspiring music like Believer by Imagine Dragons, Take the World By Storm by Lukas Graham, and Higher Love by Kygo and Whitney Houston. With three separate nearly 4-minute climbs, the class will push your limits while Ally raises your spirits.

Favorite Peloton Core Strength

12/22/2023 10 min Core Strength with Rebecca Kennedy

Our listeners know how to pick a good go-to Core class (and the majority of the time, it turns out, they’re going to pick one with Rebecca Kennedy!). Katie Bromley brings us this newest Core Strength addition to the TCO Top 5.

“This class has 4 minutes of forearm planks and makes my abs burn in the best of ways,” she said. “I’m not a big retaker of classes but have done this class several times and have bookmarked to repeat.”

The forearm planks are broken up by a mix of hollow body holds, crunches, bicycles, and tuck ups. Rebecca sets the class to the uplifting tunes of I Will Survive by Gloria Gaynor and This Will Be by Natalie Cole. Bookmark this one and add it to your stack as your new go-to Core add-on!

Favorite Peloton Choose-Your-Own-Adventure Ride

1/7/2024 30 min Feel Good Ride with Ally Love

TCO Tipster Trish LaLonde always finds the best classes. This newest recommendation is an Ally Love version of Choose-Your-Own-Adventure!

Trish shared, “Loved Ally’s Feel Good ride from Jan 7 2024….Awesome playlist and she gave us an option to pick which part of the class we wanted to be the hardest. She then called out 2 sets of instructions. Not sure how she kept it straight!! I chose to do all hard and it was a great workout!”

Peloton’s instructors always make teaching a class look easy. Well, Ally was absolutely flexing her skills with this one—and she still made it look easy!

Ally flexed her playlist abilities with this class as well. She features pop chart-toppers Dua Lipa, Taylor Swift, Olivia Rodrigo, Ed Sheeran, OneRepublic, and Nicki Minaj, just to name a few.

The energy of the music, the studio, and Ally Love herself will carry you over the finish line with a smile!

Favorite Peloton Unstackable Ride

1/6/2024 45 min HIIT & Hills Ride with Robin Arzón

Sometimes we want a class that leaves us in a puddle and washes all hope of a stack of extra classes away with it. We call those classes Unstackable, and we love hearing about our listeners’ Unstackable experiences.

For this week’s Unstackable recommendation, we heard from Michael S. Davern. Complete with a head-to-toe yellow outfit, Robin brought the fire with this class.

Michael shared, “OMG. Four sections. Speed work. Speed climbing. Lots of 1 to 1 work/recovery. 2 Tabata sections, the last with 20 on/10 off, repeated 10 times. (I think we only did 7 of the 10 as time, thank god, ran out). Good playlist. Lots of Robin-isms, but not too much. Good luck.”

Kristina Marie Snyder loved the familiar feel of this class. “It was prob as close as we’re going to get to the old 45 min Robin tabatas,” she said. “They were great as stress relief or just plain therapy.”

The playlist is full of powerful musical energy. Thunderstruck by AC/DC, Bulls on Parade by Rage Against the Machine, X Gon’ Give It To Ya by DMX, Misery Business by Paramore, and Tambourine by Eve are just a handful, but every song on the list is an absolute banger.

If you’re looking for some sweat therapy this week, add this to your stack and let us know how it goes!

Thank you!
