Peloton has teamed up with yet another A-list musician for their latest Artist Series: Kelly Clarkson. The American Idol alum, Grammy (and Emmy!) winner and powerhouse singer will be featured in a variety of classes across Peloton’s cycling, running, strength, yoga, and rowing categories, along with some cool-down options.
So, what can you expect from this upcoming series of classes? Let’s take a closer look.
Cycling: Hit the Road with Kelly
Peloton’s instructors will pair Kelly’s high-energy hits with their fun commentary, to offer a range of cycling experiences across various levels of difficulty and intensity. Benny Adami will lead a 30-minute ride in German, while Cody Rigsby will bring his signature flair to a 30-minute ride at 7:00 pm ET, to help you ride the rhythm.
Running: Sprint to the Sound of Kelly’s Voice
Suffering from a recent heartache? This next class may be for you. Join Robin Arzon for a 30-minute run at 7:00 pm ET, where you can pump up your heart rate while singing along to ‘Since U Been Gone.’ As Robin said on the official artist series announcement, “Breakup songs equal PRs!” So, we definitely expect a breakup anthem or two to make it to her playlist. Or, if you’d like to expand your range, take a German language class with Jeffrey McEachern at 11:30 am ET.
Strength: Get Stronger while belting Kelly’s Ballads
Join Callie Gullickson for a 30-minute workout designed to tone your glutes and legs, or Marcel Maurer for a 20-minute upper body strength class. Both of these workouts will rely on Kelly’s famous tracks, like ‘Stronger,’ to motivate you with every rep.
Yoga: Stretch It Out to Kelly’s Soothing Sounds
Ross Rayburn will lead a premier 45-minute yoga class at 6:30 PM ET. Expect a peaceful but rigorous flow, connecting your breath with your body.
Rowing: Glide along with Kelly
Not much of a runner or cyclist? Ash Pryor has you covered. Take her 20-minute rowing class featuring Kelly Clarkson’s work of art tracks like ‘Piece by Piece.’ You’ll move through a combination of high-intensity rowing and strength-building floor exercises.
Cool Down: Finish Every Session Strong
Wrap up your intense workout sessions with a 10-minute cool-down ride with Jenn Sherman at 7:35 pm ET. Take in the feel-good tunes of Kelly Clarkson and enjoy the sense of accomplishment that comes with a good workout.
The Kelly Clarkson Artist Series on Peloton is an invitation to take your fitness routine to new heights while indulging in your favorite tracks.
