Why should you take a 60-minute strength class?
Ready to take your strength training to the next level? Join Andy Speer every Sunday at 8 AM for TS60, a 60-minute full-body strength class designed to make you stronger, more coordinated, and balanced. Each month brings a new training focus, ensuring you never hit a plateau. Don’t worry if you can’t make it live; you can always find the class on-demand in the Peloton collections.
What will you achieve?
- Improved strength and power
- Enhanced coordination and balance
- Better overall athleticism
- New techniques and training methods
The class is progressive each month, so it’s best to start at the beginning of the year or at the first class of any month to get the most out of it.
What do you need- and when?
You’ll need a selection of weights that suit you- and enthusiasm to bust a move to Andy’s kick-ass playlists. The class shows up live every Sunday at 8:00 am Eastern time, or on-demand… however you want to structure your diary!
What’s the focus of the class?
Each month focuses on a different aspect of strength training in blocks, building on the previous session that Andy has created, so you can look forward to building foundational strength. Expect to enhance power and explosiveness, improve endurance and stamina in functional fitness … discover “what you like, what you don’t like, and what you need to push through.” Hell yeah!
Each session progresses from the previous one, making it essential to stay consistent! Get ready to have a blast in class!
I’m excited, are you?
Don’t miss out on transforming your fitness routine. Remember, it’s not just about lifting weights; it’s about lifting your entire fitness game.
