TCO Weekly Top 5 Favorite Peloton Classes and Rides

TCO Top 5 Favorite Peloton classes: Stay motivated with this week’s picks (6/5/2024)

Every Monday, we ask the Clip Out community to share their favorite class from the last week. Your stories of love, sweat, and tears always inspire us to keep moving. We are excited to share the five most enthusiastic nominations (in no particular order) and a quick review of each class. Read on for our weekly dose of motivation!

This week’s favorite Peloton classes:

  1. 1. Intro to Pace Targets class with Matt Wilpers
  2.   06/09/2024 Sold Out Show Ride With Jenn Sherman
  3.   06/06/2024 Crush Your Climb with Emma Lovewell
  4.   02/29/2024 Outdoor 80s Run with Jon Hosking
  5.   06/09/2024 Sims 60:  Full Body with Jess Sims

Why you loved them!

Sometimes it’s hard to pick just one favorite (clear by the number of bookmarked classes we have to “take later”), but these reviews make it easy! Here’s what the TCO Community had to say about their favorite classes from the last week.

  1. Favorite Running Class

Intro to Pace Targets class with Matt Wilpers

Hallelujah, hallelujah!  Now tread users can step up their training using Pace Targets, as celebrated by Jenny Kvapil and others.  Jenny said “I’m so excited about this feature!  I love Power Zones on the bike so having something similar on the tread is amazing.  Plus Matt is so knowledgeable about running.”  Christina Tanner Poster agreed, saying that although she doesn’t gravitate towards Matt’s music choices, she took his Intro to Pace Targets class and loved it.  Hazel Barr added that this is a “brilliant feature.”    This class is only found on the Tread and Tread+ at this point, although Matt implied that app users may be able to use it in the  future.

  1. Favorite Peloton Ride

06/09/2024 Sold Out Show Ride With Jenn Sherman

Leave it to Jenn to give us a sneaky bonus Rolling Stones class disguised as a Sold Out Show ride.  Nancy Nilsen described this ride as “amazing,” saying “It’s a Stones singalong ride.  All of the songs you know and love are there and the smile never left my face during the ride.”  Sue Murray Lyons said “Exact same sentiment!  It was a last minute decision since rain derailed my morning run. Excellent playlist kept the energy high!”

  1. Favorite Peloton Hike

06/06/2024 Crush Your Climb  with Emma Lovewell

Love crushing your core with Emma?  Time to crush your hike too!  Christina Kalie  picked this hiking class, the first of Emma’s tread classes,   Christina said that “[t]he energy was electric not only from [Emma] but from the other fellow instructors in the room cheering her on! Got a great sweat on & the playlist was a great mix of all of Emma’s favorite genres!!”  Emma promised us more of these hikes, and they’re sure to be amazing as well.

  1. Favorite Peloton Outdoor Run

02/29/2024 Outdoor 80s Run with Jon Hosking

Who doesn’t love some great 80s music – and with summer on the way, it’s time for some outside running!  Connie Park recommended this one and said “what a playlist!”   Jon’s song selections will take the gen xers back to those high school gymnasium dances, complete with aqua net and plenty of neon.

  1. Favorite Unstackable Tread Bootcamp Class

Sometimes we want a class that leaves us in a puddle and washes all hope of a stack of extra classes away with it. We call those classes Unstackable, and we love hearing about our listeners’ Unstackable experiences.

06/09/2024 Sims 60:  Full Body with Jess Sims

We noticed a lot of chatter from Peloton users talking about this class, and honestly sixty minutes with Jess will never let us down if we want to end up spent and  in a pool of sweat.   This full body class has three rounds of running and three rounds of full body work, and includes eight minutes of devil presses (very fitting name indeed).  Try this one if you want a cardio blast plus a feeling that you’ve worked all of the muscles in your body more than once.

Thank you!
