TCO Top 5 Favorite Peloton classes: Stay motivated with this week’s picks (1/15/2025)

Last Updated: January 15, 2025By

Every Monday, we ask the Clip Out community to share their favorite class from the last week. Your stories of love, sweat, and tears always inspire us to keep moving. We are excited to share the five most enthusiastic nominations (in no particular order) and a quick review of each class. Read on for our weekly dose of motivation!

This week’s favorite Peloton classes:

1. 11/26/2024 15 Minute Core Strength with Rebecca Kennedy

2 .12/05/2024 20 Minute Chest & Back Strength Class with Rad Lopez

3. 11/12/2024 20 Minute Yin Yoga with Denis Morton

4. 01/12/2025 30 MInute Full Body Strength with Rebecca Kennedy

5. 06/24/2020 30 Minute New Tracks Run with Olivia Amato

Why you loved them!

Sometimes it’s hard to pick just one favorite (clear by the number of bookmarked classes we have to “take later”), but these reviews make it easy! Here’s what the TCO Community had to say about their favorite classes from the last week.

1. Favorite Core Class

11/26/2024 15 Minute Core Strength with Rebecca Kennedy

This class has been mentioned in quite a few social media groups as being an amazing class, and Melissa Vincifora agreed, nominating this as her favorite class this week!  Melissa loved this class, especially  since Rebecca used a towel as “equipment” to add resistance to the moves.  She said “It’s amazing at how it changes these exercises!”  Anything that keeps our routine fresh and our muscles confused makes for an effective workout, for sure.

2. Favorite Chest & Back Strength Class

12/05/2024 20 Minute Chest & Back Strength Class with Rad Lopez

Nikki Smith (#MySprtsBrasStuk) recommended this class. Nikki loved that Rad “does an excellent job of categorizing all of his strength classes and this one focused on volume (high reps, short rest).  The movies are simple and straightforward, but my chest and back were feeling it the following day!” This class uses light, medium, and heavy weights, and has a great playlist.

3. Favorite Yoga Class

11/13/2024 20 Minute Yin Yoga with Denis Morton

Although sweating and swearing can be cathartic, sometimes a bit of zen really helps with recovery and mental health.  Elizabeth Schlosberg(#MinuteToSpinIt) recommended this class, saying “This is in the Power Zone Challenge yoga pairings this week, but I do it all the time.  It feels amazing!”  If you have never tried a Yin Yoga class, you can read all about their benefits in our article.  We promise that Yin Yoga classes will make you discover places in your body that you never knew about, and you’ll feel the benefits of Yin classes regardless of whether you trained hard right before class or have been out for a while with an injury.

4. Favorite Full Body Strength Class

01/12/2025 30 MInute Full Body Strength with Rebecca Kennedy

This strength class was Mary Hambridge Abbott’s favorite class this week – we’re thinking we should just add Rebecca’s photo as a permanent part of our Top 5 template, since she’s on fire with so many listener recommendations for her strength classes lately!  Mary said she loved this class because it was a “full class of EMOMs!!”  This class had two 12 minute EMOMs  consisting of three basis exercises, all done four times through.  Mary said this was an “effective workout using heavy weights.”

5. Favorite Unstackable Run

Sometimes we want a class that leaves us in a puddle and washes all hope of a stack of extra classes away with it. We call those classes Unstackable, and we love hearing about our listeners’ Unstackable experiences.

06/24/2020 30 Minute New Tracks Run with Olivia Amato

Tami Armstrong nominated this run – she said it is challenging enough to be unstackable, although she didn’t know that before she took the class and she ended up stacking it at the end of a New Tracks Row and Ride (stacking a row, a ride, and and Olivia run –  just the thought of it makes me tired, Tami!). This was a “run from  home” class (remember when we got to see the inside of the instructors’ apartments because they couldn’t make it to the studio – thanks Covid – oh, and since we’re snooping around Olivia’s house, check out her wall of shoes….)  Tami said “I am a slow runner but managed to chase and beat my PR on this run with Olivia’s coaching.”  She also was “blown away that Olivia managed to braid her ponytail mid-run.”  That’s multi-tasking at its finest, for sure.

Thank you!
