TCO Top 5 Favorite Peloton classes: Stay motivated with this week’s picks (09/24/2025)

Last Updated: September 23, 2025By Tags: ,

Every Monday, we ask the Clip Out community to share their favorite class from the last week. Your stories of love, sweat, and tears always inspire us to keep moving. We are excited to share the five most enthusiastic nominations (in no particular order) and a quick review of each class. Read on for our weekly dose of motivation!

This week’s favorite Peloton classes:

1. 09/21/2025 30 Minute Ride to BravoCon with Jenn Sherman

2. 09/16/2025 15 Minute Meditation for Anxiety with Kirra Michel

3. 09/03/2025 30 Minute  Yoga + Pilates:  Deep Core with Anna Greenberg

4. 07/03/2025 5 Minute Post-Ride Stretch with Erik Jager

5. 09/19/2025 45 Minute HIIT and Hills Ride with Hannah Frankson

Why you loved them!

Sometimes it’s hard to pick just one favorite (clear by the number of bookmarked classes we have to “take later”), but these reviews make it easy! Here’s what the TCO Community had to say about their favorite classes from the last week.

1. Favorite Ride

09/21/2025 30 Minute Ride to BravoCon with Jenn Sherman

This ride was nominated by Cortney MarisaCortney loved this class for three reasons:  “1)  the music was super fun 2) lots of guest instructors with a cute Q&A component and 3)  riding along live with the one and only #ClipOut Crystal!  We need more rides like this where the content is distracting you from the work you’re doing!

2. Favorite Meditation Class

09/16/2025 15 Minute Meditation for Anxiety with Kirra Michel

Meditation can absolutely help you get through your day , and Peloton has so many different options.  You can bet that our very own Crystal O’Keefe (#ClipOutCrystal) is not the only person who could benefit from this particular meditation class.  Crystal said she “loved this class. The visualizations provided were calming. The affirmations were good reminders in a tumultuous time that you are loved.  A great way to start the day in a positive way.”  Do yourself a favor and take this class early and often!

3. Favorite Pilates/Yoga Class

09/03/2025 30 Minute  Yoga + Pilates:  Deep Core  with Anna Greenberg

Hillary LaMay loved this class – the first of its kind but hopefully not the last!  Hillary said she “absolutely loved the way Anna curated the 90s and 2000s playlist as she switched between modalities with downtempo smooth EDM peppered in between!  This class will definitely have your heart pumping and give you a challenge!”  This class strengthens the deep layers of your  core and builds stability in your pelvic core.  It also uses a pilates ball to increase the burn!

4. Favorite Stretch

07/03/2025 5 Minute Post-Ride Stretch with Erik Jager

Elizabeth Schlosberg (#MinuteToSpinIt)  recommended this stretch, and as with meditation, if your not stretching, you’re missing out on some very important recovery!  Elizabeth said that this post ride class had “moves you don’t often see in stretching classes. It felt like Erik was bringing his Yoga Bros experience to the class.  There was a lot of focus on balance but also solid stretching.  It was definitely something different!”

5. Favorite Unstackable Ride

Sometimes we want a class that leaves us in a puddle and washes all hope of a stack of extra classes away with it. We call those classes Unstackable, and we love hearing about our listeners’ Unstackable experiences.

09/19/2025 45 Minute HIIT and Hills Ride with Hannah Frankson

Michael S. Davern recommended this ride and his description clearly screams “unstackable.”  Michael said this class has “something like 20 1:1 repeats, and the final 10 were TABATA, 20 on and 10 off, plus a few hills thrown in for ‘fun.’  Hanna said, and I quote, that she was “not being fun today.“  My legs were like jelly when done…but a nice jelly.”  A nice jelly is exactly what we need, Michael!

Thank you!
